kh 3d or dream drop distance is for the 3ds. although it is after kh2 it is more of a kh2.5 rather than kh3 because they are just becoming master's in this one, in the final one which will hopefully be for ps3 they will have to face the ressurected master xehenort who is like 10 times stronger then he was before but before that comes out there coming out with a bbs volume 2 which continues where bbs left off and will hopefully let you play as terranort alongside the organization 13's orignals

Basically, as you play from the beginning of the story line, you unlock the next game in the series. Exapmle: You need to beat all 3 stories in Birth by Sleep to Unlock KH1. Beat Kh1 to unlock 358/2 days (days 1-26), beat days 1-26 to unlock Re: chain of memories. Beat re: chain of memories to unlock 358/2 days (days 27 - 358), beat 358/2 days to unlock kh2, and beat kh2 to unlock re:coded.
