Well it is very weird because I get 3-6 FPS.Here is my rig:

Windows XP Professional (And BTW I play on 1280x1024 Resolution with AA turned off)

So I am thinking if my processor is the main problem,maybe the CPU is bottlenecking my GPU....

GTA San Andreas beta v0.074g shaders 1.4

for DirectX8 and it work good on DirectX9(mine)

so I have all settings in game on low . But car reflection is bad when i move mouse close to car the car doesnt have reflection and if i stop mouse the reflection is blinking.

i believe the most recent one is 0.075c which make the default textures reflect light.

for the car reflections, (this happened to me also, btw)it is because it is an ati card. (enb was developed on nvidia)to fix this, set "reflection depth bias"

in the .ini to 100.

have you tried lowering the settings in the .ini?

try setting shadow and water to 1 or 2 instead of 0. 0 gives high quality/low performance

2 would give low quality/higher performance

it might be worth a shot.

start the game, load a save, then press shift+f12 to turn the mod on.

SSAO can eat about half of your fps.

also, the default .ini is for 8800/3870 cards and above, so depending on your card you will have to tweak it for best performance on your machine.

lighting technique. it relies very heavily on the cards pixel shaders to shade every pixel on screen depending on the lighting.

SRT doesn't change water textures as I remember... And everytime you can overwrite them by yourself ;) Standard SRT3 is an exe, SRT3 continue has .txd files. IMG tool isn't good program, better download Alci's IMG Editor ;)
