Sears sponsers stuff then complains that there is not enough proffit. Spending on things like this has to be made up for by production of working employees while Mgt. figures out new ways to waste money. Thanks for your response. I like you work but not Sears waste.
I sure hate that my company profits take this kind of hit. Mgt. constantly watches me & fellow workers every move & complains about waste. Now I see this. I guess it is up to me & my fellow workers to make up for this kind of waste. I am blue. Wish they would listen to the people at the bottom to improve the company. That will never happen. Since there are no comments on any of the videos, they apparently have to be approved. Oh well.
