I'm in agreement aside from the use of the word "private property". Many individualist anarchists like myself use the term possession. We don't have a deed to the property to hoard to ourselves for no reason if we abandon it. So long as it is in use by us, we have "possession" of it.

capitalism is fine provided that workers own their businesses, otherwise its exploitation that reduces labor (people) to products subject to the value flux .Also, individuals seeking self gratification as a central tenant in a free market puts each against all rather than working together, the simple transaction of individuals is not a form of valid cooperation-lines of communication need to be open between community and business, resources should be democratized. democratic capitalist mutualism

You cannot have contracts without some measure of enforcement, and government is a neccessary evil to act as a mediator or thrid party to enforce the contract without violence. Without limited government you cannot have peace and tranquility throughout the land. Anarchy is just a transition from one government to another. Someone will rule no matter what. I'd rather it be a well regulated government by the people and law.

it is not anarchist because private property leads to organisation it leads to property tax otherwise governments such as britain are anarchist they own the land (england, wales, scotland and northern ireland) and they just tax private property in their land, as they do now

Private property and voluntary agreements are the basis of the free market, capitalism and anarchism.

Capitalism without access to political power so that wealth is unable to influence political power is compatable with anarchism.

Charging rent for property owned and gained through effort and merit or entering into voluntary employment agreements are not inconsistent with anarchism though to actively prevent such arrangements would be.
