This does not apply to those sentenced to Life=30years (Rudy's first sentence) on appeal this was reduced to 24 years (the exact same as AK & RS for their murder not the rest) and ONLY then was his sentence discounted by a third=16 years

Guys Guede probably did confress. He probably told someone think they are not going to confress to police. I can give an example of someone doing that. In 1969 when police was looking for murderer of Sharon Tate and seven others Susan Atkins told her inmate that she killed Sharon Tate and rest manson family killed other people. The inmate told the police and that how they got the manson family in jail.

The trace evidence was likely cross contaminated, as the sample wasn't ample to re-test the evidence. The knife was tested for both bleach and blood and came back negative on both. Not that it matters since it isn't the knife matched to the bloody print on her bed, making it impossible to be the only murder weapon.

@MikeNube the first case that was ramroded through Italian law courts the first time was a known homeless man (ridiculous-should have been thrown out then) who is also a heroine user who has now recanted his prior statement because he was using drugs at the time of his being a witness. @MikeNube the first case that was ramroded through Italian law courts the first time was a known homeless man (ridiculous-should have been thrown out then) who is also a heroine user who has now recanted his prior statement because he was using drugs at the time of his being a witness. His testimony is tainted at best and this alone should release Knox but I'm sure when they get to the "non-evidence" this will incriminate Maginin and his bunch and THEY will go to jail for mishandling this case.

He did NOT kill anybody, nor did he plant evidence, nor cause anyone any harm. He went after the TRUTH in the wrong way.
