Thats correct for a bodybuilder, specially because you are mostly managing heavyweights and training specific parts each day. For sports or MMA theyre training you with lighter weights, full body excersizes and mostly getting you ready for whatever comes on a fight, so its pointless to pay to much attention to form because a fight doesnt have one.
1) When fighters train in the gym there's always a strength phase where the use of heavy weights in the vicinity of 85-100% of their 1 rep max involved.
2) Poor form (aside from being dangerous) promotes muscles imbalances which in turn make the probability of injury much greater.
3) injury prevention is one of the biggest parts of a good S&C program.
4) the only time they do lighter workouts/more cardio is in the few weeks b4 a fight.
I work out with Norm every day, it is the best. He is the greatest conditioning trainier!!! I am in awesome shape thanks to him!! I strongly suggest you to come but at Warrior Training Center on 6670 S. Tenaya LV NV 89113

this guy doesnt do fighters... he helps get them conditioning hes not a manager or coach! he trains them fitness wise! and helps withlike sport players hes like a personal trainer! he probably has his own little gym business and charges by the hour!
the normal strength conditioning coach not much, but this guy probably banks because he trains some of the best ufc fighters and they pay a lot to get this best training they can. he probably owns his own gym too, but i dont know
