  • I can't believe I found this. When I was around 9 years old this was the first rap song, I ever memorized. This song is the start of influencing my whole career in music. I love Sweet Tee! I saw an interview and she is coming back! I can't wait. I'm a big fan. It would be a great thing if I could tell her how much her career made an impact on me.

  • I'm looking for a jam that had a sample of Sweet Tee where she said "This beat is so.." and another sample would end it with "outta sight". After a couple of bars the harmonica riffs would play. They used to play that cut around 11pm when thing were getting warmed up. Anybody who has a an idea of the title please share! Would be in your debt.

  • thank u soooo soooo much for posting this!!!! i've loved hip-hop (all 4 of its cultural components) since i knew what it was, and even though snp was my fav girl group back in the day, next the mc lyte, sweet tee was easily my fav female mc and sooo very underrated she was, too. it was a sad commentary, even then.
