Fuck all the music on pop radio. This shit is classic and I don't give a fuck and I said that, meant that, here to represent that, can't take it back.
Now this is what live music is all about, man that man sure rocks the house for sure... And I'm going to see him live this Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A lot of my friends did not survive the 70's and all that happened during that time....many died in their 30's and 40's from illnesses I'm sure they developed based on lifestyles during that wonderfully decadent time. I love to see the "survivors" and glad to be one of them.
In a word; AWESOME! Mr. Larry Graham Jr., as great & talented a musician and songwriter as he is in his own right, still insists on paying tribute to his roots, namely the music of Sly and the Family Stone......and doing an absolutely fantastic job of it in the process!
I met GCS in 1977 this version of GCS had 4 members of Sly and The Family Stone including Larry Graham. Graham Central Station and Sly and The Family Stone my all time favorite groups
he learnt that trick with tambourine dancing' off stage from Sly himself, but when it comes to bass playing Larry's like a jumbo 747!

Sly needs to do some reunion concerts with Larry. Last interviews Sly sounded cool with everything and his voice was great.
