  • I have a question and didnt know who else to ask. I used blue nailpolish on my fingers and I dont use a base coat. I normally only paint them clear. Well anyways now my nails are stained blue. I have tried to use nail polish remover and its not taking it off even soaked them. What can I do? Do you have any tricks?

  • @chelsmommy011707 I don't really worry much about staining because I always have polish on, but I do go over a few whitening methods in my nail maintenancxe vid =)

  • love this....was it expecting it to be much harder!

  • You are a genius! I love your videos so much

  • wow so soo beautiful yessss , very prettyyyyy thank you

  • omg! THIS IS PERFECT! i love ur nails length! :D

  • when you drag the toothpick through the dots do you depress down to the nail? or just barely through the dots? Thank you so much I LOVE all of your videos! :)

  • @XtuffstuffX just barely through - a lighter touch is better =)

  • Perfect for Vday next wk!!! :0)

  • this is just too cute...love it!!

  • Just beautiful! Thank you for showing me all of your clever techniques.

  • I've watched several of your videos in the last few days, my purse is feeling very light now because of you LOL ;) your nails look great!!!! I've ordered a konad plate kit set so I can try stamping, some dotting tools so I can try your heart things and some Sally Hansen nail varnishes because my attempt at marbling didn't quite work, think my polishes suck. What other (cheap if possible) nail polish brands would you suggest for marbling? :) thank you in advance :)

  • @stephanie0gemma you can really use any brand, but not all colors work - it all comes down to trial & error =)

  • How do you do... anything with that nail length?

  • @juicyluxury LOL it's just normal for me, I've worn them this length or more for a long time =)

  • That's gorgeous!!!!

  • @daddysgirl102938 I keep my nails moisturized, lots of lotion & cuticle oil & I also take a biotin supplement – check out my Nail Maintenance vid in the Tips & Trick playlist for my full routine. I do occasionally get a tear or break but you can check out my tutorial on silk wrap patching for how I save those nails =) I do "Naked Nails" posts on my blog every month or so where I talk more about like all the specific products I'm currently using.

  • @Kpeacock15 no - I like them long - if you like short nails, keep your own short, but telling someone to cut their nails is like telling someone to cut their hair - it's personal preference & no one else's business =P

  • @SimpleLittlePleasues how do you do the picture that says "simplelittlepleasues" next to the subscribe button

  • @randomdude175 it's a watch page banner, for Partners only =)

  • love it!

  • do u have to wait for the under-coat of nailpolish to dry???

  • @lilgymnastluver no, in fact you want it to still be wet or you won't be able to drag through it =)

  • This is the most beautiful and unique valentine design, yet it's SO EASY!

  • would you recommend using acrylic paint to do the drag thing?

btw i absolutely love this design and am definitely doing this for valentines day

  • @ccloveskeys I've never tried drag mabling with acylic paint, but it couldn't hurt to try =)

  • i LOVE drag marbles, i'd love seeing more of them!

  • I am doin it right now!!!!!!!!

  • hey you are doing this dots before or after the normal nail polish dry?

  • @robakhalidslovers66 before - it's important the base color is still wet to drag the dots into hearts =)

  • THIS IS SO CUTE!

  • U could also do like a blue or brown basecolour and then green and they could be "leaves"

  • Love it! Gonna try. :)

  • sooooooooooooo amazingly beautiful!

  • beautiful!

  • Wow I love this idea! Its easy to do and it doesnt take that long:)

  • what kind of nail polish brand should i use

  • @pricess321 you can use any color that doesn't dry too fast =)

  • @2pretty4me iKnow!!!

@SimpleLittlePleasues Can U Please Make A Design 4 SHORT SHORT Nails??'

  • @MrsMindlessBehavi100 I don't usually do anyone else's nails, and I never wear mine short - but most of my designs can be used on short nails. you just don't get as much or in this case as many hearts. or you could use a smaller dotting tool & still get 4 hearts on =)

  • My nails are so short I can fit like two hearts

  • You girls that do these things are amazing. Great job.

  • Thanks! This really helped me ;)

  • what temperature is the water? i tried with some slightly cold water, but i dunno if it should be actual hot?..

  • @Ekidna2000 I always use room temperature filtered water =)

  • holy crap this is amazing!!!

  • where do you get a dotting tool?

  • @stepperz1024 some of mine I got online, some at Sallys =)

  • simply amazing!!! love it!!!

  • i always fail this =( i could be pressing too hard?

  • @Pathrissia a light touch is better, but the most important part is to have enough wet polish for your base =)

  • @SimpleLittlePleasues thank u. i tried two nails and i did pretty good :))

  • So Pretty!!!

  • @easybeautylove yes, my nails are natural - I try to keep them moisturized, lots of lotion & cuticle oil & I also take a biotin supplement – you can check out my Nail Maintenance vid in the Tips & Trick playlist for my full routine. I do occasionally get a tear or break but you can check out my tutorial on silk wrap patching for how I save those nails =) I do "Naked Nails" posts on my blog every month or so where I talk more about like all the specific products I'm currently using.

  • Can be used to be leafs too I guess! I didn"t knew how to so thanx

  • Love your nail polish videos!

  • What are the best nail polishes to use for this? I have tried pure ice, and metallic ones they don't work well at all. No I was using tap water the nail polish instantly stuck to the stick.

  • @haileyscomet803 it sounds like you are talking about water marbling, not drag marbling? There isn't a best brand, every color is different in the water & it takes a lot of trial & error to find the ones that work well. =) I also suggest using filtered water - Most tap water is too hard & the polish will not spread as well – check out my water comparison under the Tips & Tricks playlist in the information box to see the difference

  • Love it :D

  • Totally gonna try this!!

  • so easy !!! :O thanks !!! :D

  • I succeded ! IM SO FREAKING HAPPY!

Can u do more drag marble videos

    ?

    xoxo

  • @MyZozzo there are more coming =)

  • Can´t u drag with your dotting tool?

    xoxo

  • @MyZozzo you can, but it leaves a bigger gap - it's easier for the polish to flow back if you use something more pointed =)

  • sooooo cool

  • Thanks for d answer.

I actually tried this but it just got like dots and lines between the dots.

    What am i doing wrong?

And another thing. I looked in a couple of make up stores today here in sweden and i were looking for sally hansen nailpolish and a small tiny nailbrush.

I did´nt fid the brush but i found sally hansen nailpolish, but it was really expensive! Like 15 dollars if u count in dollars and you´re saying like 1-5 dollars.

Is it just more expensive in sweden?

    xoxo

  • @MyZozzo if the polish isn't flowing back & you're getting a line, you probably need a thicker base - o the polish may be starting to dry, it should be thick & wet enough to just flow back =) I've never been out of the country but I have heard that polish is more expensive internationally

  • OH MY FREAKING GOD !

    R U SERIOUS???

U´RE SO DAMN CREATIVE AND OH, im in loved HAHA.

    You´re really good!!

I looked at one of your water marble tutorials, it was one with flowers but now i can´t find it, du you know what i mean, do u have a link?

    xoxo

  • @MyZozzo well I have several flower designs - you can look under my Water Marble playlist or, check in your watched videos list =)

  • @wattsdiamond93 yes, my nails are natural =)

  • how do you keep your nails so long? :( mine AAALWAYS chips or peels! D: advice please? :]

  • @Kayeenaaa I try to keep my nails moisturized, lots of lotion & cuticle oil & I also take a biotin supplement – you can check out my Nail Maintenance vid for my full routine. • Thats so clever!!! where did you learn to do that??? thumbs up if you think she has really long pretty nails!!!!!

  • @TheDakeek this one I adapted from a different drag marbling design I saw on another blog =)

  • do you use a nailharder ?

perhaps miracle nail Nailharder or what?

    My Nails are so brashly

  • @Bine22 I've never used a nail hardener - I try to keep my nails moisturized, lots of lotion & cuticle oil & I also take a biotin supplement – you can check out my Nail Maintenance vid for my full routine. I do occasionally get a tear or break but you can check out my tutorial on silk wrap patching for how I save those nails =) I do "Naked Nails" posts on my blog every month or so where I talk more about like all the specific products I'm currently using.

  • awesome I love it :)

  • Cool

  • where can you buy that dotting tool

  • @KissMyCleats55 some of mine I purchased at Sallys, some I got online =)

  • @SimpleLittlePleasues I used a hairclip with these little black gum dots at the end. it works :) so you can use it instead of a dotting tool :)

  • tried it exactly how i saw.........only two turned out good :-)

  • love the designs and have a happy valentines day!!!!!!!!!

  • Tried this. Epic fail!

  • this is awesome!!

  • did you let your red/white dry first before you put the dots on? Love this video!

  • @nascars14fan no - the base color needs to still be wet for the colors to really flow together =)

  • I love this one! :)

  • Nice I'm gonna try this tomorrow..

I love the drag marbles! :D

  • who else gets shivers when she wipes the stick on the paper towel = ~

  • Beautiful ?:-)

  • cute and simple!

  • wow. You are amazing girl !

  • i love your videos! great idea for valentine day"!!

  • I tried to do just like you did but for some reason toothpick didn't work after do dotting , what size is dotting your using which polish brands did yu use ??

  • @harleydragon well, the dotting tools aren't labelled, I used the kind of medium sized one =) The polish I used is listed in the information box

  • BEEEEE-UUUUUU-TIIIIIII-FUL!!!!!!

  • Great idea! Super cute idea for Valentines Day. Thanks for sharing!

  • Pretty!!! Aw~

  • sweet :)

  • So cute and very clever, brilliant

  • When I drip the second drop in the water (not the kind of polish you use but i tried with many) it doesn't spread out. And so on. Only the first one spreads ;(((((

  • @alaeis sometimes even colors that each spread on their own don't work well together - you just have to keep trying different combinations =)

  • what a simple yet gorgeous idea!!!! love it!!

  • that was pretty darn impressive. I thought it was going to be hard.. but you made it simple.

  • very pretty!

  • i love this design!! cute!!

  • you're the best at all marbling!

such a cute design! great job!!

  • I ♥ your videos and all your manicures r so pretty!!!=) I've tried the marbling, came out ok for my 1st try but if my nails aren't purrfect i do them overrr!!! =)

  • Can you do a tutorial using dotting but with a tooth-pick?

  • @jessnlo4100 well, I don't know that I'll do a tutorial on it, but it's basically the same as with a tool - you can also use a pen or an unbent paper clip =)

  • @SimpleLittlePleasues ok thanks :)

  • @jessnlo4100 Also go check out Cutepolish's video on other household itens that can be used for doting tools. My favorite is a bobby pin!

  • I dont know why its not working. I tried 5 times. Maybe u need to use a higher quality polish?

  • @quincytoland hmm, I'm not a big believer that more expensive polish is necessarily better, but I guess I would suggest trying another brand or at least different colors =)

  • Totally briliant!

  • i thinks you have outdone yourself!!! this is genius, sheer genius!!

  • This would be beautiful in black and white as well! Great technique.

  • These aare so gorgeous :)
