Ok, I would like to know what SHE died of. It depends on how far along the fetuses were before she would even look pregnant. Nobody might have suspected. She probably miscarried. First of all a fetus is over eight weeks and she really could not easily induce this herself. If she went to a clinic they would not just hand her the fetus to take home, send to a crematorium perhaps if requested.
Having a miscarriage without seeking medical attention puts her at risk for infection, likely died of sepsis or perhaps suicide since miscarriage is a high risk for depression. Abortion clinics monitor you closely for complications.

@Nozzy819 The report said they were FETUSES. Fetus= unborn child. So she didn't give birth and then throw the babies in a freezer. They were removed from their mother and then placed in a freezer. The only difference is that a abortion clinics don't throw the fetuses in freezers, but in biowaste bins. So yeah, it's the same thing.

here's what bothers me.. This video states that she is not suspected of doing anything wrong & people wanna jump around & throw bitch fits.. first of all, she's dead already, so there is no real "justice" that you all are searching for if she did do something wrong.. Secondly, yes it's odd that she put them in the freezer, but they also say fetuses, meaning she more than likely miscarried.. if the babies were of normal size/weight they would have said "babies" but they said fetuses..
