@Anthonykerr96 ...glad you came with that conclusion, this also proves that Montoya was better than Schumacher when fought againt the german during the overhelming Ferrari era between 2000 to 2005 when Schumi´s car was unbeatable. Still, Monty got the best of him by putting Schmi against the ropes while almost always ridding the 2nd or the 3rd best car of the grid, much or less like Schumi now while ridding that Mercedes milky cow against Hamilton´s McLaren.
Lewis shows Michael who's BOSS. No one can beat Hamilton on a charge...the guy overtook his own teammate and few other top guys and ended up winning this! Fantastic race.
And then Button just sails past the 2 of them! Doesn't say much for Lewser. Scumacher is legend. Hamilton only got past in the end, because Scumacher got bored and let him past, after the pitstops
Rosberg should be in the movies that way he will have the leading role (especially with that hair) but in Formula 1 he will always be the Robin as long as Shumachers about.
It's way too simple... Schumy was rusty, plus the cars are way tooo different than when Schumi left f1... Its obvious that Schumacher in 2011 is way much better than 2010 (Just talking about statistics is the pilot with more overstakes)... with a proper car, (and what he has shown in Canada and Monza, holding the red bulls and mclarens) he could still pwning so shut up u h8ers, u h8ed him while he was in ferrari and u will h8 him forever cos he is just brilliant.
@mataloce I agree, but even when rusty you can still see why he's brilliant. And he still has Ross Brawn in his corner. He was Driver's World Champion with Brawn in his corner at both Ferrari AND Benetton, plus Brawn helped Jenson Button snag the title in 2009. Rosberg is a solid driver as well. I have a lot of faith in Mercedes GP for the future. Schumi - the once and future world champ :D
michael at age 42 is now kickign rosbergs ass race after race. this is what ive been saying since day 1, once michael got fully used to the f1 again with all its new rules and stipualtions and technicalities (which have changed dramatically since 2006), he will be among the elite again..imagine what michael would have done with rosberg 10 or 15 years ago, when he was his age..vettel and michael are the two best drivers in the field right now, alonso and button come behind, then hamilton andnico
schumacher will always be the best and not even hamilton can ever achieve a 7 title and because schumacher has a slow car doesnt mean he is no good. SCHUMACHER WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST
@frogeeification.HONKY!!!!!!! YOU TELL THEM, THE SUCKERS, DO HAVE A PROBLEM, WITH "REALLIZING" THEMSELVES, WITH WHAT THE FACTS ARE, AND THEY, ARE NOT IT.
@maniackolder Over rated? Ok, the man who has all the records, and has even performed well in poor machinery is over rated. Makes perfect sense. Plus, that "blocking" is called defensive driving. Would you just let another driver past you in a race as if it were nothing?
@maniackolder you want him to pull over and let lewis past? lol... didnt he overtake lewis twice anyway? lewis sucks if the positions were reversed we know schumacher would have dominated hamilton and the battle wouldnt have happened
@MarkSkrams looks like we have another youtube prick. 95% of people here have made comments about the clip. If you cant do that go sell some fake dvds or sucky sucky your own dads cock.
does shumacher treat hamilton harshly because he finds him a threat or what? Because as soon as button came up to him in Monza he didn't do any of the stupid moving all over the track stuff?
@LucasCanDrum What stupid moving are you talking about? Did he receive a penalty? Obviously he didn't do anything wrong, just made his car wide enough to prevent a pass.
@lcville Just coz you don't recieve a penalty doesn't mean you didn't break the rules. Watch the video again, he made more then two moves which is against the rules and dangerous. If Hamilton had done that he would have got a penalty
shumacher is reckless on purpose. he sends a message and retains position. he also does it from in front. Hamilton lunges in from behind. What he did to massa at singapore was way worse than schumacher blocking him at monza
@TrenosUK i understand what you're saying. I know schumacher was cold and clinical and dangerous and Hamilton was jst trying to move through the field, but Hamilton took massa out, pure and simple. The result of the incident was worse

Schumacher is a skill driver and hamilton is a reckless driver.... if hamilton is that good then why he takes so long to pass schumi? hamilton has a better car everyone knows that.... and yet schumi still get to defend his position for few laps.... haha... if schumi get's a compatible car then he would had no problem with telling hamilton JUST BRING IT!!! he will just turn the car side ways and shoved it up into Hamilton's Black candy ASS!!!
Guys lets face it....Hamilton have more skills than Michael....Michael got the 7 tittles because Ferrari was U nbeatable that time ,,,, with my full respect to Michael
@krsjoker you are so stupid! what will you say about that race when petrov in renault was holding back alonso in ferari.. he was holding him back for at leest 15 laps.. and he had more skils and better car.. so what went wrong there?? and alonso lost championship because he couldnt pass petrov.. have you explenation for that mr.rocketsciencetest?
@flipsidedogchop You still haven't justified why Nico is 'dominating' him this year. Nico performed better than Michael for the first half of last year but since then they were fairly even. This year Michael's actually been better than Nico, he only trails him by 5 points because he's had a lot more retirements due to technical problems and accidents by no fault of his (e.g. Korea...)
@flipsidedogchop I don't really see the point in arguing with someone who apparenly can't read. Yeah wow, an Airbox fire, a Gearbox failure and Suspension failure, all his fault too I guess?... stop trying to be such a hipster and accept that Michael's done a great job this year, even Eddie Jordan and Martin Brundle admit it and I'd say they're in a better place to judge than you are...
Lewis meant to go wide into the turn and duck underneath. He does it often. Martin Brundle says it's dangerous/risky but that's the kind of driver Lewis is and that's why he is the best example of what a modern F1 driver should be. He always just tries to be fast, late on the brakes and he is brave with overtaking
@Bennoisky this video was back in 2010 where no one had DRS. it was pure racing and the mclaren just happens to have a lot more downforce through the corners
Give them all the same car and voila, Schumacher will be in the top three every second race, so will Hamilton. But Vettel and Rosberg, possibly Alonso, will be in the top three almost every time... The biggest fun is when people dissed Vettel for losing in China 2011, when his KERS didn't work and Lewis used KERS + DRS... Two assistances against zero, a fair, clean win... Ha ha ha... Vettel is THE king of performance consistency. A HERO for a true expert. Especially for a guy with ~71 starts!!!
@jakubkrcma "Possibly Alonso"??? Are you MAD!!!??? Top 3 current drivers are Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton. Those are the three drivers that are the pinnacle of greatness on the grid. Schumacher would still be in that group had he not been forced to retire so his skills could remain sharp. But putting Alonso on the "possibly" list? Now that's a travesty!
@Icosiol You do not see through the cars. The top 4 teammate skill war winners (Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso, Rosberg) are clear (despite Button leading Hamilton by 12 points now - Hamilton has better average qualifying and finished race position). But for me, Rosberg and Vettel are the best and Alonso could find Button, Webber, Hamilton, and Schumacher hard to beat in the same car. Also, Webber's height+weight are a massive disadvantage (which is inappropriate and should be equalized by the FIA).
@jakubkrcma I very well do see through the cars, which is why I have the list that I do. The only reason it's not 4 is because Kubica isn't currently driving due to his horrific Rally crash. There's three types of drivers when you get to this level. Good, Great and Phenoms. The current Phenom drivers on the grid are Alonso, Vettel and Hamilton because they've displayed the talent to take a car that is not handling well and consistently make it perform beyond what it should be capable of.....
@Icosiol Kubica was great. I am very afraid that after the necessary regeneration, he will suffer from a similar problem like Massa, who was great as well. You don't win in Turkey three times in a row without being great. And you certainly don't win at Spa BASICALLY five times in a row without being great, like the best driver since the death of Ayrton Senna - Kimi-Matias Raikkonen. I am glad that you do karting like me, so we don't have to discuss obvious stuff, just different perspectives.
@Icosiol :-) Fernando is very good, I already wrote that of the non-Vettels and non-Rosbergs, he would probably be in the top three almost every time. So, he is (when you consider all things, not just pure speed - Lewis is surely similar at that, but lacks mental robustness) the best of the rest on my list. I am not a hater or a fan of any of those guys, I am actually not even a fan of Raikkonen, although of the living drivers, he is the one I'd love to race. I have been a Senna fan since 1980's
@jakubkrcma Vettel displayed that talent in BMW and Torro Rosso. Alonso displayed that talent for years in Renault and even now with Ferrari. Hamilton, I shouldn't have to say anything. That damn guy challenged my boy Alonso in his rookie season at McLaren...and beat him by 1pt. Schumacher was a Phenom and to be honest, he really still is. Just look at the test drivers who failed in the Ferrari when subbing for Massa. I expected the same from Schuey but wow did he prove us doubters wrong..
@Icosiol Hamilton is an incomplete, immature driver. Being fast is nothing without other things. He may only BECOME great. Now he's only OK. His strong points are compensated by his weak points. I do not see him as a World Champion yet, because he achieved that status by going against the principles (Montreal, Spa). He is an insult to guys like Raikkonen, who have all the skill and track behaviour, but none of the luck. Losing 2007 was ONLY HIS fault. You don't THROW AWAY TWO chances in a row.
@jakubkrcma As for driver weight? That's racing. Lose some pounds and if you can't lose more pounds then drive through it. I have to keep my weight low for Karting so damn it, I want those F1 drivers to keep their weight low to. lol
@Icosiol The thing is that weight is tied to height and you cannot drive through a higher weight. It will always affect your performance. Since F1 is a sport it should be about health, as well. Forcing a person to artificially maintain a bodyweight lower than optimum is not health supporting. Only driver skill, car performance, and car reliability should determine the result. Hamilton tied Alonso's number of points in the first season, Alonso frequently correctly complaining about team bias.
@Icosiol Schumacher's age is the ONLY factor here. The last time a guy as old as or older than Michael won was Brabham in the first race of the 1970 season (after not winning at all for over two years)!!! And before Brabham, only 4 guys in 1950's!!! But in that era, the average age of a Formula One driver was about "90 years", compared to today's high school boys. :-)))))))))))))))))
@Icosiol Remember that both in 2010 and 2011, Alonso has repeatedly claimed that Schumacher is a genuine threat. And you can bet that he has indepth knowledge and understanding of relative car and driver performance. All these guys do is working out, simulation, car improvement, and studying the weak points of themselves and others. In the same car, Michael would make Fernando's life very, very difficult. More difficult than post-accident Massa can, despite the ABYSMAL age gap.
@Icosiol Michael only LOOKS slow because NR is SO fast. So, MS is inevitably slower than 20 years ago, but he's still VERY fast and apart from SV and NR, completely competitive. Plus, he's got the experience to deliver. Although he certainly does make mistakes. But a major portion of those mistakes is only caused by an incompetitive car - pushing too hard to keep up with comparable or worse drivers in better cars. At the beginning of this season, he still had more wins than the other 23 guys!
@Icosiol For his height, 176 cm (5'9.29"), Vettel is VERY light, 64 kg (141 lbs), but sometimes (in the past), I even saw his weight stated as 62 kg or even 58 kg (128 lbs)! Even Felipe, who is 4 inches shorter, is 59 kg - most of the reason why he was pretty competitive against heavier dudes. A person's weight should be compensated to e.g. 85 kg for all drivers, so that shorter drivers are not automatically "faster"... Poor Mark Webber - 185 cm (6'1")... F1 should be about skill, not size.
@LeMansProject mate Lewis was riding in pure speed, racecraft, and talent, Schumi was just defending well, but and as Mattitake said, talent always prevails, and eventually Lewis passed him
@xcruzrr6 Leave him be, there are many reasons why Michael isn't racing like old times and I believe that's because of the car changes, model, performance, etc... in his time none of this was actually happening, and more of that McLaren 2010 was a faster car than Mercedes GP 2010.
@akeinro His title is furnished to be seen in the last race of the season in Brazil when the Hamilton overtook the 5 position and the oposition driver is not flat tire or engine caught fire just everything was agreed.I cannot remember the name of that driver but everything is agreed.Shumaher won 7 title and no one of them was agreed he was A TRUE CHAMPION!!!!
@MrMilan90 What do you mean everthing was agreed? If you had watched the race so should you know that Jarno Trulli skipped pitting when it started raining so Trulli was on dry tires wich gave him almost no grip at all towards the end and that's why he couldn't hold Hamilton behind him, so it wasn't agreed that Trulli had to let him pass.
@Omstart93 That situation or decision whatever was agreed thats the most important thing in that race come on all the drivers change the tires to wet but Truli didnt.....Hamilton pussy.....
@MrMilan90 Trulli would still have finished behind Hamilton if he would have pitted because Hamilton was already ahead of Trulli before he changed to wet tires. Trullis strategy was just different.
@Embraer091 In this video the Mercedes had better mechanical grip for the turns and was faster than the McLaren but had too much downforce for the straights as the McLaren had a better aero setup for the straights... Balance is a trade off... to setup for the straights lewis had to cut corners to get close to schumacher in order to take advantage of his cars straightline speed...
Nothing of special... Michael in 2010, have a car not adapt at his driver stile, that's all. To match easy overtaking him, like that. I whaiting the next season, and hope, because Michael to me is steel a greath driver, if him have a better car. His age clarity is a little probleme, but everything depending just by what feel inside. Has been ever a winner, and i think if him maybe still again. Would fabolous....!.
@BRUCEFOREVER1 That was a brilliant maneuvere...Lewis has phenomenal car control....Schumi can still race though, he passed Jenson in the same McLaren as Lewis raced last year twice!
@nitroboost8765 You have reason when say if Hamilton is a very, very good driver. I think seem. But look, that is so much different to be a goood driver, or out of class. Becouse be much fast, is not all. Whas has been Michael, i'm shure, nobody will can to be again; an exceptional mix, for remaining in history forever. That is my friend...
@BRUCEFOREVER1 You, SCH fans, never recognize that those records, fastest laps, and all kind of "greatness" of SCH was mainly just because of that goddamn mutch faster Ferrari car.
Even though Hamilton was in a much better car, Schumacher definitely did a good job of holding him off. If it were just about any other driver, Hamilton would have gotten by on the first attempt.
@gerry6420 If Schumacher was at Mac, he'd have all his options available to him in a car that responds better to fast driving and He'd be on Hamilton's pace maybe a little better by a few hundreths, he wouldn't be blowing him away because the nature of the cars this year water down talent. But he'd be on pace, put them both in a 99 Mac with equal parts and watch Schumi slaughter him by about .300 to .500 a sec. We will never see it though due to the current regs
@tw19771 what are you on about, he couldn't slaughter Rosberg in the same car, in fact it was Schumacher that got slaughterd by rosberg. let alone slaughtering Hamilton.
@superFrontrunner Okay I'll clear this up, its driving style, The Benettons and the Ferrari's of Schumachers early career allowed quick driving styles. Wanna be quick? point and squirt driving, braking turn then accelerate will not cut it in those cars, they allowed you to go on the limit. Herbert was a point and squirt driver and he got humiliated in it. You either had to trailbrake like mika, or trailbrake and tickle/massage the throttle like Senna/Schumacher
@superFrontrunner which brings us to the Mercedes, that car only allows point and squirt driving, nothing else, a fast driver cannot exploit fast driving techniques in that car. And will allow a lesser driver to be on the level. factor in Superior strategy called for Nico and that explains his success over Schumacher, also the fact that Schumacher was trying to force the car to work properly in slow corners through setup, which the car never did was also a factor.
Ja,da hat der Hamilton sich mal kurz vorführen lassen, und gemerkt was es heißt gegen einen 7x maligen Weltmeister zu fahren.

@krsjoker you are so stupid! what will you say about that race when petrov in renault was holding back alonso in ferari.. he was holding him back for at leest 15 laps.. and he had more skils and better car.. so what went wrong there?? and alonso lost championship because he couldnt pass petrov.. have you explenation for that mr.rocketsciencetest?
gregic123 4 months ago
@krsjoker So why is Nico dominating him then?
flipsidedogchop 4 months ago
@flipsidedogchop Lolwut? Michael's only 5 points behind Nico even with Petrov ruining his race in Korea and multiple technical issues... and he's 42.
DA87i 3 months ago
@DA87i didnt nico fuck him up last year too?
flipsidedogchop 3 months ago
@flipsidedogchop You still haven't justified why Nico is 'dominating' him this year. Nico performed better than Michael for the first half of last year but since then they were fairly even. This year Michael's actually been better than Nico, he only trails him by 5 points because he's had a lot more retirements due to technical problems and accidents by no fault of his (e.g. Korea...)
DA87i 3 months ago
@DA87i wow! 1 accident in korea wasnt his fault but all the rest were.....face it, rosbergs just better
flipsidedogchop 3 months ago
@flipsidedogchop I don't really see the point in arguing with someone who apparenly can't read. Yeah wow, an Airbox fire, a Gearbox failure and Suspension failure, all his fault too I guess?... stop trying to be such a hipster and accept that Michael's done a great job this year, even Eddie Jordan and Martin Brundle admit it and I'd say they're in a better place to judge than you are...
DA87i 3 months ago
@DA87i how the fuck can a suspension failure be his fault? I was referring to all the collisions he's had!
Lets face it he joined a team that were defending champions and hasnt finished on the podium in nearly 40 races....yea, great job!
flipsidedogchop 3 months ago
@krsjoker Funny, he can't even beat his team mate lol. He won 7 championships by cheating, most overrated driver ever.

Lewis meant to go wide into the turn and duck underneath. He does it often. Martin Brundle says it's dangerous/risky but that's the kind of driver Lewis is and that's why he is the best example of what a modern F1 driver should be. He always just tries to be fast, late on the brakes and he is brave with overtaking
bmancodgta4 6 months ago
the mclaren is wayy faster on the straight, and it handles way better...put those two in the same car, schumacher will be faster

Especially for a guy with ~71 starts!!!
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@jakubkrcma "Possibly Alonso"??? Are you MAD!!!??? Top 3 current drivers are Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton. Those are the three drivers that are the pinnacle of greatness on the grid. Schumacher would still be in that group had he not been forced to retire so his skills could remain sharp. But putting Alonso on the "possibly" list? Now that's a travesty!
Icosiol 8 months ago
@Icosiol You do not see through the cars. The top 4 teammate skill war winners (Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso, Rosberg) are clear (despite Button leading Hamilton by 12 points now - Hamilton has better average qualifying and finished race position). But for me, Rosberg and Vettel are the best and Alonso could find Button, Webber, Hamilton, and Schumacher hard to beat in the same car. Also, Webber's height+weight are a massive disadvantage (which is inappropriate and should be equalized by the FIA).
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@jakubkrcma I very well do see through the cars, which is why I have the list that I do. The only reason it's not 4 is because Kubica isn't currently driving due to his horrific Rally crash. There's three types of drivers when you get to this level. Good, Great and Phenoms. The current Phenom drivers on the grid are Alonso, Vettel and Hamilton because they've displayed the talent to take a car that is not handling well and consistently make it perform beyond what it should be capable of.....
Icosiol 8 months ago
@Icosiol Kubica was great. I am very afraid that after the necessary regeneration, he will suffer from a similar problem like Massa, who was great as well. You don't win in Turkey three times in a row without being great. And you certainly don't win at Spa BASICALLY five times in a row without being great, like the best driver since the death of Ayrton Senna - Kimi-Matias Raikkonen. I am glad that you do karting like me, so we don't have to discuss obvious stuff, just different perspectives.
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@jakubkrcma Yes, obvious stuff like Alonso being the greatest of them all. lol...j/k bro...or am I?
Icosiol 8 months ago
@Icosiol :-) Fernando is very good, I already wrote that of the non-Vettels and non-Rosbergs, he would probably be in the top three almost every time. So, he is (when you consider all things, not just pure speed - Lewis is surely similar at that, but lacks mental robustness) the best of the rest on my list. I am not a hater or a fan of any of those guys, I am actually not even a fan of Raikkonen, although of the living drivers, he is the one I'd love to race. I have been a Senna fan since 1980's
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@jakubkrcma Vettel displayed that talent in BMW and Torro Rosso. Alonso displayed that talent for years in Renault and even now with Ferrari. Hamilton, I shouldn't have to say anything. That damn guy challenged my boy Alonso in his rookie season at McLaren...and beat him by 1pt. Schumacher was a Phenom and to be honest, he really still is. Just look at the test drivers who failed in the Ferrari when subbing for Massa. I expected the same from Schuey but wow did he prove us doubters wrong..
Icosiol 8 months ago
@Icosiol Hamilton is an incomplete, immature driver. Being fast is nothing without other things. He may only BECOME great. Now he's only OK. His strong points are compensated by his weak points. I do not see him as a World Champion yet, because he achieved that status by going against the principles (Montreal, Spa). He is an insult to guys like Raikkonen, who have all the skill and track behaviour, but none of the luck. Losing 2007 was ONLY HIS fault. You don't THROW AWAY TWO chances in a row.
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@jakubkrcma As for driver weight? That's racing. Lose some pounds and if you can't lose more pounds then drive through it. I have to keep my weight low for Karting so damn it, I want those F1 drivers to keep their weight low to. lol
Icosiol 8 months ago
@Icosiol The thing is that weight is tied to height and you cannot drive through a higher weight. It will always affect your performance. Since F1 is a sport it should be about health, as well. Forcing a person to artificially maintain a bodyweight lower than optimum is not health supporting. Only driver skill, car performance, and car reliability should determine the result. Hamilton tied Alonso's number of points in the first season, Alonso frequently correctly complaining about team bias.
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@Icosiol Schumacher's age is the ONLY factor here. The last time a guy as old as or older than Michael won was Brabham in the first race of the 1970 season (after not winning at all for over two years)!!! And before Brabham, only 4 guys in 1950's!!! But in that era, the average age of a Formula One driver was about "90 years", compared to today's high school boys. :-)))))))))))))))))
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@Icosiol Remember that both in 2010 and 2011, Alonso has repeatedly claimed that Schumacher is a genuine threat. And you can bet that he has indepth knowledge and understanding of relative car and driver performance. All these guys do is working out, simulation, car improvement, and studying the weak points of themselves and others. In the same car, Michael would make Fernando's life very, very difficult. More difficult than post-accident Massa can, despite the ABYSMAL age gap.
jakubkrcma 8 months ago
@Icosiol Michael only LOOKS slow because NR is SO fast. So, MS is inevitably slower than 20 years ago, but he's still VERY fast and apart from SV and NR, completely competitive. Plus, he's got the experience to deliver. Although he certainly does make mistakes. But a major portion of those mistakes is only caused by an incompetitive car - pushing too hard to keep up with comparable or worse drivers in better cars. At the beginning of this season, he still had more wins than the other 23 guys!
jakubkrcma 8 months ago

MrMilan90 11 months ago
@MrMilan90 What do you mean everthing was agreed? If you had watched the race so should you know that Jarno Trulli skipped pitting when it started raining so Trulli was on dry tires wich gave him almost no grip at all towards the end and that's why he couldn't hold Hamilton behind him, so it wasn't agreed that Trulli had to let him pass.
Omstart93 11 months ago
@Omstart93 That situation or decision whatever was agreed thats the most important thing in that race come on all the drivers change the tires to wet but Truli didnt.....Hamilton pussy.....
MrMilan90 11 months ago
@MrMilan90 Trulli would still have finished behind Hamilton if he would have pitted because Hamilton was already ahead of Trulli before he changed to wet tires. Trullis strategy was just different.

Embraer091 1 year ago

We will never see it though due to the current regs

superFrontrunner 1 year ago
@superFrontrunner Okay I'll clear this up, its driving style, The Benettons and the Ferrari's of Schumachers early career allowed quick driving styles. Wanna be quick? point and squirt driving, braking turn then accelerate will not cut it in those cars, they allowed you to go on the limit. Herbert was a point and squirt driver and he got humiliated in it. You either had to trailbrake like mika, or trailbrake and tickle/massage the throttle like Senna/Schumacher
tw19771 1 year ago
@tw19771 cqfd!!!!
TheRATTLEHEAD75 1 year ago
@superFrontrunner which brings us to the Mercedes, that car only allows point and squirt driving, nothing else, a fast driver cannot exploit fast driving techniques in that car. And will allow a lesser driver to be on the level. factor in Superior strategy called for Nico and that explains his success over Schumacher, also the fact that Schumacher was trying to force the car to work properly in slow corners through setup, which the car never did was also a factor.
tw19771 1 year ago
