  • @StevennTv I will be uploading more videos on how to lose weight in a healthy manner, I would not use any diet supplement alone to lose weight. It is a combination of diet and exercise that actually do the burning, supplements are exactly what they are meant for, to supplement a healthy diet and exercise regimen. My advice for now:

    Don't diet short term

    Don't rely on supplements,

    & be consistent with a new lifestyle (not diet) and you will see results.

  • is that the only supple u take?? i took 7 different pills today b4 my workout n i got the stomach ache n felt nauseous and i also drank coffee in da morning.lol i took the x12, concentrate vitamin c, rhodiola, glucosamine, amplified maxertion N.O., amplified critine 189. and a multivitamin. my workout was insane tho so i like da potency of this product, ima take ur advice n cut out the caffeine intake i consume.

  • @theblaze659 a few months after this video I switched to a Multivitamin in the morning with fish oil and d4 and t7 with breakfast on the days i did not work out. The days I do workout I do not take a thermogenic just the multi and fish oil, instead of the x12 or d4 I just use my pre-workout 30 minutes before I go to the gym to get a more intense workout. I beta-tested cellucor's C4 before it was release and Im on the page as Ariel Savage. Its my favorite pre-workout.

  • i read the comments on the review website, and found out that most people that try this get really bad stomach cramps, flushing, chest pains, shortness of breath, but really what concerned me was the stomach pains, did you ever experience any of this side effects with the first doses?

  • @docArr666 : People who have had bad experiences with X12 are most likely not used to consuming that amount of Caffeine.

    As for me, before I took X12 I drank espresso every morning and sometimes an energy drink later in the day, so I am used to that amount although I do not do both at once. If I drink coffee and take x12 I get the a stomach ache.

    A little advice for those coffee drinkers like me, I just take apart the capsule and take a 1/4 of it out on the days I drink coffee.
