it is. You can get it for free. But you have to delete everything off of your iPod due to a restore of the iPod. That's what I did

i think its good, cause i love copy and paste, the app store has changed slightly as well as safari, spotlight is good if you have loads of apps:)

its definitly worth getting by now. you can use bluetooth and many of the games are starting to be for 3.0 only. plus if you jailbreak its pretty good to have.

You can download it actually, you need to change where u live in itunes. go to the bottom of the homepage of itunes on ur computer and select USA. download lose it and then switch back to eu.
