I'd really love this DVD, but at the Walmart I saw it in, I only saw it on the CD rack in a CD case. Do the dvd and the cd come in the same case? or is the dvd seperate?

I hate overdubbed live performances. People talk shit about James Hetfield's vocals these days, but at least they aren't manipulated in the studio for live CDs/DVDs.
