@amansaff10 well the problem with a cigarette filter is that it blocks certain substances. It reduces nicotine which is good, but it will also absorb a big part of the THC (the substance you need to get high) from experience I would say more than 50%. So personally I would not do this.
And it isint hard to create a tip, if you want, I could make a video on how to make one (and different kinds)
