@Cyraxthe666 The Yuengling brewery tour in Pottsville PA is a really good tour as well with a good deal of history since that brewery still has a lot of the old pre prohibition equipment in use.

Haven't found a really informative and hands on tour in Ontario yet, other than what the steamwhistle tour sounds like it offers from walking it without the tour guide.
