The reason why Caboose is brain dead is because he risked his life saving his girlfriend from a mugger. The mugger almost beat him to death, but luckily he survived. Sadly though he turned out to have been hitten in the head to hard. He was smart once. Also he saw his dad die...:(Poor Caboose. Thumbs up so people know why.
