Sheet music is still available on Kingdomhearts3(.)net - The bit at 1:09 is played by sliding down the piano in a glissando style, hence the B natural. If I ever get a camera, I'll record myself playing and put it up on YouTube, but until then, I hope someone manages to play it successfully and record themself.
