LOL the only thing I will object to in this is the thing about a two female wedding having two dresses.... hmmm...... wouldn't that defeat the purpose and most likely not happen EVER.
hmm. the economy the republicans gave us. Ignorant Democrats. Bill Cliton passed all the laws that Bush had to deal with. It takes awhile for them to actually be shown, and they showed up during Bush's term. Then the Demo's tried to blame it on the republicans because they cant account for their mistake. And they also cannot show what they spent Billions of Dollars on this Stimulus Package. Obama= worst president. YAY FOR CHANGE....
So gay marriage would be good for the economy... I didn't know that... Olbermann therefore has just caused my knowledge to increase, therefore MSNBC is doing its job, therefore I can safely say, well done... :-)
Also, if Steele really wants to save businesses from having to pay benefits he should advocate for single payer universal healthcare and take the responsibility away from businesses completely.
with idiots like michael steele (& limbaugh) leading the GOP, the republican party may implode in the next 3,4, or 5 years....the GOP will lose another 16 seats in congress in the 2010 elections....obama will crush romney or jindal or palin by 20,000,000 votes in 2012....and the GOP will lose another 18 seats in congress in Nov. 2012.
i really think they are done as a party...young people are so turned off by this stupidity...and bless her heart but megan mccain cant save em with her constant "my generation" "twitter" talk...they see through that too.
Well... I dunno about that. If a gay couple has been together for many years, having a big lavish ceremony would seem a bit silly to me. It would still help stimulate the economy though!
One thing that Olberman didn't mention was that if gay marriages would hurt small businesses, then straight marriage would to.

Hey #UN#, your video has good content, but I am not sure I totally agree with it...

I just heard a counter argument against this claim that same sex marriage boost the economy by an user named "hopelessone15"
He basically showed how it was a zero sum situation regarding that argument where it ulitimately cancels itself out

According to Steele's arguements straight marriage should be abolished too.

The 2010 elections are coming soon & everyone agrees the Democrats are gonna pick up additional seats to add to their 60-40 lead.
And it's gonna be really bad for the GOP if they don't get rid of Steele soon.
I don't believe they'll officially "fire" Steele, but they'll have him come up w/ some reason why he must "resign".
DillonX 2 years ago
lets make sure those additional seats go to liberal democrats and not the bought and paid for ones,

At least he didn't say the way to fix gay marriage was to give gay people tax cuts, I was starting to think that was their answer to everything.

Yeah, Michael Steele, and guess what - freeing the blacks would be bad for southern agricultural business. We'd better not do that, right?

A small thing.
Now i know it is a store type, but aren't gay men kind of known to BUY a lot of hip close as part of there community "culture" thing.
I am pretty shore they would spend money like every one else on a weeding.

Let me ask you this,
if a gay man marries a beard, doesn't the same thing happen?
The small bussiness guy now has to pay for the beard.
I'm not nuts about gay marraige, but I don't think anyone has a good arguement agaisnt it.
So long as churches can opt in and out of it, then it I'm fine with it.
