Yes I am aware of the dangers of pouring 1,400 degree liquid aluminum in the presence of water which is another reason why I use petrobond oil bonded sand rather than "green sand" (which is made with silica sand, bentonite clay and water.) I've been working with metal for 24 years and I've always been very careful and to not have flamable material in the vicinity of my work area as well. Thanks, Hank
Are you aware of the dangers of casting liquid metal in the presence of water (snow)? The risk of explosion is great. Also you don't seem to have much PPE on. Good luck though.
