Just uploaded my videos of the 2010 fair off Peterson Road. All the same rides were there except for a couple of them. I have been to previous fairs in Grayslake and I went to that place but discovered it had moved. Silly me to think it would be in the same place. I didn't get the memo apparently.
me and my grandpa won the feature there on the last day of the fair. we are the pink panthers. it was my first time in the demo and his last and we won!! X]
I live in this area and I have seen this area more than 50 times. My favorite ride was the Fireball even though it was really scary. You should go to. Yes this was the last fair in this area, but they have another one at a differnt area.

lol i always wondered what the zipper was like i can't ride spinny rides anymore they make me sick... thankz for the view!

The fair at the new location just didnt feel like the fair for some reason. I'm kinda not surprised attendance was down by 20,000 from last year.

It's not the engine making the noise on the Pharaoh's Fury. It's the tires spining on the Trailer and connecting with the bottom of the boat.

Yes, supposedly they will be redeveloped into a mall. A new fairgrounds site is under construction on Peterson Rd. in Grayslake.
