Why haven't criminal charges been pressed against Randy Orton and The Legacy?  This is a disturbing, seemingly unmotivated attack, and it sickens me. Randy Orton and his crew need to put behind bars before they do something even worse.

If that sickens you, then what you have to say about WWE Superstar Batista putting his opponents through tables? At least Legacy were not using weapons with the intent to maim or kill. ALSO, at least Legacy stopped their attack soon after incapacitating Shane and Stephanie. If you'll notice, Randy Orton shows very evident signs of remorse and regret after the attack. He stopped after kicking Shane McMahon in the gut.

I have seen Batista physically manhandle his opponents to the point in which they could easily be pinned. But does he stop there? NO. He would then perform his dreaded "Batista Bomb" - a totally unnecessary move designed to paralyze his opponents.
