What they don't know are the synthetic eggs. Yes, man-made egg, only made in China. This could possibly be it, a mass production of it that managed to flow into the market. There's more than just synthetic eggs. There's also mushrooms and meat. Baby mushrooms dipped in glue to make them "bigger", and carboard slush to replace the meat in baozi and dumplings. Make me think about the dumplings I ate least time in China... Probably some melamine at least and a whole load of msg.

I have attempted to do business with China. But it was always the same end result; First delivery was great, second delivery was o.k. and third delivery was not even close to spec. I would then try to contact them to send back the product, but the company didn't exist anymore... That was in 1997. Since then, I have been working with North American suppliers. Few problems, but smaller gross profit. In the end, taxes from American salaries go back to the USA. Everyone wins...

Be careful of Colgate, it may be a chinese product. half a million tubes were shipped into the US labeled as "colgate". It contains antifreeze...

Also stay away from any fish from China. sardines from china have bacteria coating them, frozen catfish have banned antibiotics and they feed their fish melanine.
