@aznall1 yes...lol....thats called a "pump"....kid, you shouldnt even be messing around with supplements until your more knowledged about nutrition, training, hormones and how they work, etc, etc.
@aznall1 Well for someone who has no clue about this subject, its your lucky day.....all you need to know for now is, for training just stick to compound movements ONLY...such as presses,squats,leg presses,bent over rows,chins,dips....doing a bunch of isolation movements is pointless unless your a girl.....for nutrition stick to 4-6 solid food meals a day, with fish,beef,red meat,eggs,white rice,potatoes,olive oil, and read everything you can about bodybuilding....magazines,websites,etc,etc...
@aznall1 you shouldnt be talking about yoked lol....go nail the basics, these supplements wont do you much, maybe a few slight strength gains but nothing serious, yoked is a arginine enhanced supplement, its meant to bring more blood flow to your muscles during your workout to enhance all the nutrients/amino's in your bloodstram to convert to muscle, but if your not eating enough, its not gonna do ya shit!
I dont feel shit... I dont feel the pumps but my muscles do get warm but what the hell does that do. But i dont feel anything with this product
