The only special infected are The Thugs (kinda like a tank from L4D but much, MUCH slower), The Ram (A lot more like a tank), The Drowner (pretty much exactly like a boomer), The Suicider (Doesn't really link up to any special zombies from L4D... but highly dangerous), and The Butcher (Which pretty much freaks out like a witch...but a lot weaker since he doesn't instant kill you...but still a bit hard if your facing him alone).
