He was a f*cking self loathing dope head who thought he felt the embrace of an imaginary presence when he was high out of his mind. You can get professional help for addictions like this and if you dont have medical insurance, there are programs that are free or cost next to nothing. Bible stories were written before they knew what an atom was or that other planets existed. False hope for the weak minded.

I have been Christian for awhile, but this really just bought tears to my eyes. Especially the last part, it just reminded me of the simple truths of why we are here. What a powerful testimony and it is awesome to see how God can really save us from the bondage of sin.

My cousin was a drug addict. She heard God while she was on drugs. She heard him tell her Matthew 3:17 "This is my Daughter, whom I love; with her I am well pleased." And she didn't know this was in the bible til couple months after. Now she's completely clean and reaching out to druggies and pointing them to Christ.
