Both countries should stay together and help each others economically and against chinese aggression in south china sea. Philippines are not enemies, in fact they gave shelter too to hundres of vietnamese boat people during their war against the americans. Though we were involved in fighting the NVA and vietcong by helping the americans, still the philippines dont see their vietnamese neighbor as enemies.
