Truthfully: the ørret featured in this vid looks nice enough. Gimme a shout if you need someone in front of the camera that actually can catch something... :)
Little far out in the pool wernt you ,bought waders might as well use them is it? lol...but realy seeing one caught would of been nice...looked more like Atlantic Salmon fishing than trout lol
Lol Im a profesional guide and have caught more fish than you could ever imagine...the rod im useing now has 1000+ atlantics on it..
messsage me for my profile on getreeled if you would like to check out some pics....Ever caught A 7 lb brookie?...If you Think those fish cant see Him in that clear water Think again.
maybe you didn't see the :P at the end of my comment? And I really do can Imagine how many you've caught:) well if you're a guide then I would be suprised if you haven't caught some trophy fish or those atlantics :p 1000 atlantics? wow maybe you should get a new rod from your sponsor then or a reel? :) and btw I don't fish for brookies cause I find them boring...and I guess a 7lb brookie is your record then?have you ever caught a 32lb atlantic? or a 10lb brown trout?
If you did watch the entire DVD you would see they did catch a few brown trouts:) but not as many as they really should have cause they only use imitations:) Wich you a excellent season with hopefully many trophy fish :) and btw yes ofcourse the fish can see the fisherman in the clear water, but the trout in Russia aren't that afraid cause the season of feeding is short and it takes a bit more to spook it away, it does not affect the fishing even if you are wading close up to it:) Tight Lines!!
42lb atlantic my best Fish...I dont bother with the browns have to go to eastern newfoundland to catch those...All those guys travel here(northern newfoundland) for the"good" fishing...wouldnt be able to guess how many 20 lb plus atlantics Ive caught, 30 plus more of a treat,12-18lb ones good lord ,caught 4 of those a day at times during the big fish run.you can only fish here when you've finshed guiding for the day and legaly only release 4 a day.
42lb,nice fish..gratz:) is it good size on browns to the east? yeah were nearby Labrador, actually nearby a pretty "known" salmon river there...but can't remember at the moment the name of it..I'll let you know if I do:) the place we stayed at aren't the best place I know, some people test fished another river some other place and it was "the" place for really grown chars:)was a bit to hard fished area the place I stayed.. Eagle, is it a pure salmon river or is it also other species in the river?
im sure theres char and trout like all the othewr rivers up there but its more famous for the huge salmon run...they get some realy big browns here on the island ive see pics of them in the local fishing mags all the time they get them up 2 20 lbe to ..only a handful of rivers for them they were transplanted here from europe for sport fishing they are actualy doing a study on them right now why they do so well here.a species thats not native was on the news fue nights ago
btw I was fishing in Canada last year, for brook trout and sea char...the char fishing was really excellent...alot of big ones:)brookies around 5-6lb the bigges ones, crazy on dry flies:)
must of been labrador its awsome up there for brookies and char...some insane salmon rivers as well, fish the eagle if you get a chance it will blow your mind, the bottoms black with fish.
shot a salmon vid yesterday...more like what i was talking about ...ACTION lol check it out click see all on my vids its on the second page called atlantic salmon action rise to the fly...(see they take the fly as well as fight)
The looked more like atlantic salmon fishing reference is In regards to seeing so many fish rise but not take...when you see trout rising like that, theres usualy takers.....
Nice video, but would have been better if it showed that an actual fish could be caught! Maybe there are great fish there and great fishing but poor catching.
I give this guy the title of "World's Worst Fisherman" - fish EVERYWHERE and he can't get a rise, LOL!

Hi Sebastianokelly
Our DVD - ØRRETELDORADO - TroutEldorado - shows the catch, the poor catching and everything else a fishermen experience in the hunt for trout :-)
This is from Kola, Russia and some of the fish rising is probably between 4 and 5 kilo.
We did catch one of them - though " a small one" of 3,5 :-)
