Burglar's in Lotro use their "skills" against the enemy. Meaning you can jump in to stealth walk behind an orc and attempt to steal from him. Other than that they are more of a CC class.

I might check out the game some time. They just need to update their avatars. The graphics just can't compete against games like Conan.
