I love Gus and Road to Avonlea, too bad they took it off Bravo, so now it gives like nowhere (except on youtube, lol). I acutally met the actor who plays Gus, Michael, at downtown at York U a few months ago...ran into him at the gym...what a shock that was.

he seemed like a super nice guy, was smiling and holding a yoga mat...and he asked me where some place was (can't remember where he wanted to go, this happened almost two years ago) but he was very nice and after a moment I realized who it was...lol, and it wasn't downtown, York U is uptown, whoops on my comment a year ago :P

well i knew it was him, not because of his looks (because you are right there could have been someone who looked very much like him) but because when he asked me that question it was his voice...I've never met someone with that accent before, and i just knew it was him, looks and voice and all...

but actually in the end i did say, "hey weren't you on that show Road to Avonlea?" He laughed and said he yeah, he was surprised I would have noticed, he did it a lonnnng time ago :P

I miss not being able to watch it on tv anymore, but I do own a couple vhs' of it and the Avonlea christmas movie but Gus isn't in it. I really loved Gus he was so awesome and cute!
