The Desert Eagle is easily the king of automatic handguns, there are very few magnum caliber automatic handguns and the Desert Eagle is the best of them all.

Most people who try to say that it's over rated generally have an affinity for military weapons, often dissing the gun only on the count of it is a beautiful and unique weapon that is also powerful and accurate.
