  • why cry? are you sure this is comeing from your mouth? and not a mouth native american chick?

  • @demonethagreat lol what?

  • Comment removed

  • Sorry for your loss. . In the olden days when someone did a crime they were hanged or electric chaired. . These days it is cheaper, and that is the only reason, that folk who would have been executed are permitted, instead, to live. With satellite monitoring of ankle-bracelet wearing criminals, the government can just let them out. Note: Having done time in jail is not intended to be the only sentence; there are extrinsic penalties, for the whole of the criminal's life. . Cheers. from del-boy.
  • This man was scum. How can anybody feel sorry for him? Are his supporters forgetting that he fondled a 14 year old child?

    I say.....good riddance.

  • @1980allmine He turned himself in, he had been drinking... I think that there are people in the government that havent done any time that have done worse than what this man has done!

  • @SuperJonesable Who cares if he was drinking or not. Oh, is that his excuse...that this sick fuck was drinking and therefore didn't mean to molest a child? Please, give me a break with that. Was he also drunk when he molested the 12 year old child too? And who knows how many other of his victims are out there. Many, many people get drunk but don't go around molesting children. Fucking stop with the excuses for this disgusting piece of shit. I hope he's rotting in hell where he belong.

  • @1980allmine Are you saying that because he did something bad once and went to jail that means he is an evil person for the remainder of his life?

I dont think there was ever a second case...

Once and jail, didnt do anything similar in over 20 years... Unless I am wrong... Source?

  • @SuperJonesable I will try to find the website that stated he had two charges of child molestation against him and I will post it for you. And yes, I don't care how long ago it was, what the circumstances were and the fact that he got 10 months in jail for his crime...he is trash and is evil in my opinion, along with others that commit sexual offenses, especially towards children. Why do so many people not think about what his victim(s) are going through?

  • @1980allmine I am sure the victim had gone through some pretty bad stuff... But that victim is now over 30 years old...

There was one victim, he went to jail.

Just because someone does something once does not inherently mean they will repeat. If they do, and get caught I have no problem with life in jail or even the death penalty if they are for sure guilty.

But this man is not a repeat sexual offender.

  • @SuperJonesable Oh, ok. So by that logic, I guess all child molesters should be given a get out of jail free card because, well, it ONLY happened one time.

And like I asked earlier, how do you know he was not a repeat offender? Just because he wasn't caught, doesn't mean that he didn't sexually abuse more children.

  • @1980allmine And by your logic we should cut the hands off of someone who has ever shoplifted.

  • @SuperJonesable Right...because a shoplifter and a CHILD MOLESTER are on the same level. *eye roll* Keep supporting child molesters and sex offenders. Let's just hope that one day a serious crime such as this doesn't hit too close to home for you.

  • @1980allmine All I am saying your logic isnt linear.

You want child molesters and rapists and murders to be on the same level.

All I am saying is a child molester and rapist are two separate things.

Yet the same rules apply. There is a big difference in a rapist and a molester.

And there is a difference in violent and non-violent.

  • @SuperJonesable Who cares if he 'just touched this child in a non-violent way'. It's still a despicable crime against a child, he just took a different approach to it. I would and do consider him, or anybody else for that matter that molests children, just as bad as a rapist. It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it, just like you're entitled to your opinion. It's disturbing that anybody would defend a child molester...it really makes you stop and think why they defend them.

  • @1980allmine Because people make mistakes. Under your opinion there would be no reason to have jails just shoot them.

And there is a huge difference in a nonviolent molestation case and a violent rape.

    That is fact.

But I can understand you believing they are the same, emotionally.

I defend people, and when good people get the business for something as silly as an impossible parole for the rest of their life I would gladly defend them...

I however do not support child molesters.

  • @SuperJonesable But you do support child molesters. You're defending this man. It seems that you and other people think because this guy was gentle with his 14 year old victim, that he made an innocent mistake. I'm sorry, I don't buy the whole innocent mistake defense and/or that he was drunk and didn't mean to do it. I believe that what he chose to do to that child wasn't the first time he had thoughts about it. Seriously, what kind of person would just out of the blue molest a child?

  • @1980allmine I dont know, he could be a terrible person, but if he had only done it once and that time he was the one who turned himself in for it...

Then never repeated the crime. Sounds like a lapse in judgement to me...

  • @SuperJonesable Well, we obviously see this two different ways. I think that he, or anybody else that touches/molests a child, has a sexual attraction towards children and regardless if it happens once or one hundred times, I view it much more than just a 'lapse in judgement'. They aren't good people..they are sick. You never did tell me your view on people that look at child pornography. Do they have a lapse in judgement too since they are 'just' viewing it and not committing a violent act?

  • @1980allmine They should go to jail but the people at most fault (though they both are) are the people recording or distributing such filth.

What we are discussing here is what to do with a person who goes to jail, serves his time and then when let out is given a list of things he cannot do...

These things I may add are impossible to follow.

Parole for 20 years doesnt make any sense.

  • @SuperJonesable Majority of child molesters/pedophiles can not be rehabilitated. He committed a crime, served time in jail and part of his sentence was he was on parole for 20 years. From what I understand, he didn't follow through with his orders. He didn't register because he didn't want his neighbors to find out about his crime. As a parent, I definitely would want to know if I had a child molester living next door to me..regardless if it was a violent or non-violent crime.

  • @1980allmine The story I read didnt show him not wanting to fill out the papers.

He went and spoke with the police and explained he was moving and where... They told him that would be okay.

The forms were not filled out. That was at the end of the first parole of 5 or 10 years... So they doubled it...

I am just saying, if somebody is truly a pedophile they would recommit. But he did not and was treated like he had.

Michael Jackson got away with it, and he has done it multiple x

  • @SuperJonesable I had read that he didn't register twice. Not all pedophiles actually physically molest children. They are sexually attracted to children and may only use images and/or movies to get themselves off. I still think that is disgusting that an adult would look at a child and become turned on. The fact is he was attracted to children, he took the next step and made actual physical contact with a child. NOBODY knows if he did it again just because he didn't get caught.

  • @1980allmine They checked his computer, nothing incriminating on it...

Im just saying maybe the law needs to choose its battles more carefully.

Put the man in jail forever for the crime, fine. But ruin his life slowly and force him to live a life of poverty and loneliness... Nah, that is inhuman treatment.

That is something we both can agree on probably.

  • @SuperJonesable Did I say they found anything incriminating on his computer? And how exactly did they force him into living a life of poverty and loneliness? If he tried to find work and nobody would hire him because of his criminal background, that is his doing. If people found out about his crime and didn't want anything to do with him, again..that is his own doing. If the crime that Ed committed resulted in him living the rest of his life in poverty and loneliness, that was his fault.

  • @1980allmine Name someplace he could go or work without getting into trouble with his parole. There are practically none.

  • @SuperJonesable Once again, it's his own fault. And Ed tells a different story than the story you read. You claimed he turned himself in, yet he said he was caught.

This is part of his autobiography.....'Back in 1986, when I was attending a birthday party in Orlando, Florida, I had fondled a 14 year-old family member. I was caught and arrested. I was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 10 years probation. That was my sex offense.'

  • @SuperJonesable This is part of Ed's autobiography. You claimed that he turned himself for molesting that child, but this is what he said....

'Back in 1986, when I was attending a birthday party in Orlando, Florida, I had fondled a 14 year-old family member. I was caught and arrested. I was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 10 years probation. That was my sex offense.' He was CAUGHT. I believe that if he wasn't caught, his sick behavior would have continued.

  • @SuperJonesable You claimed that he turned himself in for molesting that child, but according to his autobiography, he told a different story. 'Back in 1986, when I was attending a birthday party in Orlando, Florida, I had fondled a 14 year-old family member. I was caught and arrested. I was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 10 years probation. That was my sex offense.'

  • @1980allmine Welp, looks like he was guilty. I am glad he was caught, and I am glad he served his time he deserved to be in jail.

I just wish we had a better way of dealing with criminals on the long term... letting a criminal go, and just crippling his ability to give back to the community is just not how it should be done...

Why not just shoot them if we aren't going to allow them to work and make our society stronger?

  • @SuperJonesable Who says that WE aren't going to allow them to work? That's up to the employer. Are you suggesting that everyone that has committed a crime, served time in jail/prison and finished their probation, have their record wiped?! There are many companies out there that will not hire somebody if their credit rating is below a certain score and with today's economy, jobs are very hard to come by for ANYONE, let alone convicted felons and registered sex offender. :)

  • @SuperJonesable He also said the following...Muscare has had problems with probation before. At one point, he said he was being harassed by neighbors, so he decided not to register his address.

"I wanted to hide from the (sexual offender) registry, and I hid successfully in South Carolina, until one day the deputy sheriff showed up with a warrant for my arrest," Muscare told WKMG.

He broke the law and it was his own doing. He was also told not to go on the internet, yet he didn't listen.

  • @SuperJonesable He violated his parole. I suppose he felt that he had a right to do that, that he was above the law. lol.

Poor guy. He didn't want anybody to find out that he was attracted to children and the fact that he molested one. I have absolutely no sympathy for him. Everything that he chose to do ruined his life and nothing more. I know you're going to come back defending because you don't think he did anything wrong. I'm done responding about this disgusting human being.

  • @SuperJonesable You keep insisting this 'poor guy that just made an innocent mistake' is the victim here. The 14 year old child he molested is the victim. And to say that he received inhuman treatment is ridiculous. If he did what he was supposed to do, then he would not have been sent back to jail. The only person that 'ruined' Ed's life is Ed. Period.

  • @SuperJonesable You see it as a one time 'innocent mistake' and I don't see anything innocent about it. Fact is that he DID commit that crime because he was sexually attracted to children. He couldn't control his urges. If he was a 'good, sweet and decent human being', he never would have touched a child, he wouldn't be attracted to a child and he wouldn't have done anything to a child that landed him in jail. HE is responsible for his actions. This man was not the victim here.

  • @SuperJonesable and one last thing here. The difference between Ed and Michael Jackson is that Ed admitted he that he did in fact molest a child. Michael Jackson always said that he was innocent. Who really knows what happened with him. There were people looking to make a fortune off of him. It came out that some of these parents told the kids what to say. One boy even recanted his story. If it did happen, then I find Michael as disgusting as I find Ed or anybody else that molests a child.

  • @SuperJonesable ..As far as him or any other child molester out there not having access to the internet, I don't see a problem with that. I don't feel it's impossible for people not to go on the internet. He had a sexual attraction towards children. While he could certainly use other resources to feed his attraction, the internet is a very easy and reliable source to feed their addiction. There are millions of images/videos of children that these perverts can get with a click of a button.

  • @SuperJonesable I also don't understand why anybody would consider a child molester a good person. They're not good, they're disgusting and they're messed up in the head. This man was sexually attracted to children. If he wasn't he would have never made a 'mistake' and fondled a child. He had major issues. Question...what do you think about people that watch child pornography? Someone who has never actually molested a child, but they find it exciting and they get off watching it.

  • @1980allmine Im just saying I wish there was a way to punish those who need to be punished and rehabilitate them so we dont have to kill them in order to have a functional society...

  • @SuperJonesable Also, do you KNOW, without a shadow of doubt that there weren't any other victims? No, you don't. Most children that have been sexually abused are ashamed and never report it, many take it to the grave with them. Honestly, answer me this question...how would you feel if you were a victim of a child molester or had a loved one that was a victim of a child molester? I doubt many people would be saying he just made a mistake one time...leave the poor guy alone.

  • @1980allmine I would be angry, but as time went on it would become less of an issue.

If he raped him that would be a different story. But a nonviolent molesting case will not completely destroy a child. Call me cold, but it just wont

2 years of therapy at most, and it wouldnt be a life destroying thing

However if there was violence involved at all then there would be much larger implications.

I would love to find something from the family or the kid...

I wonder what his take is

  • @SuperJonesable Who are you to say that just because it was considered a non-violent child molestation, that they will just get over it? Until you have walked a day in the victims shoes, please don't make ridiculous statements that you know nothing about.

This 'man' was a child molester, a sex offender and in my opinion complete trash. I love it when the person who committed the terrible crime against a child becomes the victim himself.

  • @1980allmine Well you shouldn't make equally ridiculous statements about people who get touched inappropriately.

Again not the same as rape and would not have the same lasting consequences.

  • @SuperJonesable Ridiculous statements about a CHILD that gets touched inappropriately? You are a lost cause and I'm sorry that you don't see how 'just touching' a CHILD in a sexual manner can be devastating to them.

Again, you have no idea the lasting effects that can have on somebody when they were sexually abused by some nasty predator during their childhood.

  • I completely agree! I used to watch him all the time just to lift my spirits. I was so upset when they took him to jail and had also sent mail to the judge and it didn't do a thing. REST IN PEACE EDAREM! I'll miss you forever!

  • I share your feelings and I did enjoy his videos and will miss his wonderful advice. Rest in Peace, Edarem.

  • Rest In Paradise Edarem.

  • rip :(

  • omg i liked man so much r.i.p man omg may he have a good place

  • :((( i still had fun watching his videos even though it was kind of creepy xD

  • I didnt knew he died man is kind of sad because the shit that happened was totally idiotic but if shit like sopa or acta eventually passes we will be in his situation where even uploading a video will be a crime

  • Now he's scaring jesus in heaven

  • :/ this is sad, this guy make my day some days that I was really sad, R.I.P Edarem, sing pretty woman in heaven.

  • Fuck you leagel system!

  • Thanks for this video fellow "letter to the judge" brother ;) I am pissed off as well. This is the price of having a witch hunt.

  • Comment removed

  • Funniest old dude ever. His toilet brush back scratcher will live on forever!

On a side note, he did live a long life... I have no hard feelings or accusations over his death.

  • Bummer! =-/ thanks for the info!

  • He was a nasty fucker and I liked him for it. RIP edarem.

  • I don't think anything Ed did was creepy unless he meant it t be. He was a wonderful man with a joy for life that is very rare. Ed was a victim of a system that allows over zealous, unhappy people to set judgement on their fellow man. What was done to Ed was a crime. It was viscous and mean spirited and those who did it will have to answer to a higher power. This man brought my family happiness. We loved his videos. They helped me when i a was down. Ed paid back 10 fold for his crime. Bless him

  • It's a big shame the guy passed away i remember seeing him first in one of his videos, pretty woman and i was hooked on watching his stuff since then, the guy will be missed and it sucks he was in jail too, RIP Edarem.

  • he was a creepy pedophile, but it's always bad when someone dies

  • @jhoch5 well what is frustrating is the only videos that got popular were the creepy ones lol

He gave some good advice, on frugality and how to quick smoking.

I dont think he was a danger to society and was a waste of money and time on the taxpayer and prison system.

  • @jhoch5

He was once but he served his time for his for the crime and did not commit any crimes in the 20 years afterwards.

He just got arrested again on some stupid lame ass bull shit that no one should have to deal with.

I hope the prosecutor who decided he had to go back to jail also gets cancer but suffers with it for a very long time before dying and going to hell.

  • My weener is that much safer now!

  • @bigroll04 ...I am sure you would like to believe that.

  • YouTube lost a fine person.R.I.P Ed :(

  • noooo edaremmmm :(....

  • i used to watch ed when he was still making videos, he really seemed like a genuinely kind and interesting guy. r.i.p. edarem

  • priest get nothing for molesting hundred off innocent children

  • Oh dear :(

  • Good Vid!!!

  • He didn't abide by his parole conditions.

Sure he made a "mistake" 20 years ago, but it is not like he jaywalked, he was imprisoned for a crime that was sexual in nature. Thus he had to keep away from places where he could get the urge to offend again and report where he moved to. He didn't abide by this, so he was jailed.

If a murderer who hadn't killed again was found with unregistered guns or something on their premises, violating parole, they would be locked up too.

    I don't see the issue.

  • @Skinna5 You are too cut and dry, the parole was added to twice. Both times was for something that had nothing to do with him trying to get out of his parole or hurt the community.

I think there is a long autobiography out there that he wrote right before he went to jail... The majority of everything was a huge misunderstanding.

Also the terms of the parole are impossible to abide by. I mean technically he wouldn't be allowed at a gas station...

  • @Skinna5 Him posting videos on youtube has nothing to do with his offense. Especially 20 years ago. Youtube videos are HARDLY unregistered guns. Guns actually have something to do with a violent offense, again Ed posting videos on youtube has nothing to do with his offense. You're using the wrong analogy

  • Jesus, Im from Brazil, São Paulo City, and I used to see the Edarem's videos, and I love it, and now I have to say that the American Justice is so Satanic, there is a lot of serious things in this world to make justice, and now, Edarem is dead? God, thats why USA is going to fall. Shame on you people, sorry for your ''Empire Satanic Country''

  • Nooo!!! :(

  • RIP Ed

  • Ed was an awesome individual, and it's cool to see someone else who thinks so.

  • ...Actually, your confused. Prison 'IS' meant to punish someone for crimes they committed. Jail is Not to rehabilitate, it IS meant to keep you from society & NOT show you the error's of your ways. I don't know what the hell "JAIL" you ever spent time in. But how much of redemption CAN you learn sitting around in a 10'x10' cell while worried about taking mere shower...

  • @arromac I think it is a waste of money and time to put someone in jail who has obviously not been doing anything illegal for over 20 years after the amount of jail-time served. I mean have you seen all the crazy rules that sex crimes have put on?

It is impossible to be in society and not be a hermit!

  • @SuperJonesable The rules surrounding sex crimes exist for a reason; even minor offences can impact the victim for the rest of their lives. Understand that many people who commit these crimes against children CANNOT be rehabilitated, which is why these rules are so extreme. I believe Ed was an exceptional case, but sadly he was part of a minority group which the system does not cater for. At least wherever he is now he will not be suffering any more injustice.

  • @Larkahncieling I could see these rules being applied to rape and anything further than that but not a first offense inappropriate touch...

The law on it is literally impossible to abide by, and since there was no reason to believe he was going to recommit any crime.

I want to see a system that only lets people out when they are confident that they arent going to recommit the same crime. If they do then they get to go back and stay 4x what they had originally.

  • @SuperJonesable The one unchanging fact about pedophiles is that they never stop; there is no treatment or therapy that will work. A person can have a ton of virtues and interesting traits, but you will not be allowed to traumatize children or, having once done so, be given future opportunities to do so. Every pedophile always says, when caught, "This is the first time I did this" -- never true. Or denial, like Sandusky.

  • @mjrchapin That is all well and good, but how many times has anything similiar to this happened in 25 years?

    None.

Did it once, never did it again, he even turned himself in man. lol

Come on, not all people guilty of something like this recommit.

But of course our system is so bad that only people with money get away with it.

  • @mjrchapin People who make youtube comments never stop. There is no treatment or therapy. Let me guess, this is your first comment? Can we jail you?

  • @arromac

Actually that's why the US justice system is pretty much a complete failure .

It only punishes but does nothing to reform people nor reward positive behaviour.

Why should people reform if they're going to be treated worse then a dog even if they follow the rules?

All it usually does is turn criminals into even worse criminals.

  • damn... i remember when i first saw this guy. i was watching chatroulette pranks, and his face would always pop up. haha, then it led to his life, and i saw him sing pretty woman, i saw his dog chew on his stomach, man... ima miss his vids :'( this old pure soul was suffering for 5 years until he died, and i hope the judge and the girl understand how they left him and his last years of life. rip

  • RIP

  • He was so much fun. For all his dark controversy, he was a light-bright personality. He's what you want in your own grandpa. It's a cold loss, nonetheless.

  • RIP Ed, good vid man

  • He was a unique, creative guy and will be missed! R.I.P. Ed

  • I agree 100%. Ed, we love and miss you buddy. :(

  • Omg he's gone? Rest in peace king :'(

  • :OOOOO

    Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

  • The system always tries to shows muscle on the wrong people. In my country as well as in the US.

  • Ciao Edarem...

  • OMG NOOOOOOO

  • He died for me when he went back to jail. At his age I knew the life inside he wouldnt make it. I really enjoyed seeing his life and how me made the best out of the little bit of money he lived on. RIP

  • @lonebard Yeah, I felt the same way... I wrote a letter to the judge when his case was being heard...

  • Thanks for speaking out about this. Unfortunately many of our laws and societal attitudes are still stuck in the dark ages and that doesn't keep children from being harmed. In fact, I'm willing to bet that the people who mete out and think up such draconian punishments are oftentimes worse than the people they so self-righteously punish.

  • What I'm sad, it's because he died on my birthday.

  • RIP ED MUSCARE...Thx for this video and i agree with you in this matter!

  • I couldn't agree with you more! Great video.. we will all miss Ed. :(

I am going to keep Marion in my prayers.. I feel so bad for her right now. :/

  • @LeslieXLala I do too, especially with having so many videos of him on the web... I hope she doesn't remove them...

  • RIP, dying in jail for no reason. videos weren't harmless so he didn't do anything bad/wrong to deserve to goto jail, he already served his time for what he did with the boy, should have let the happy old man live his last moments in peace

  • @Zeezee1996 That is exactly what I mean man... What is the point in doing things like this?!

  • I still listen to him singing scrubs... and I am so sad that I didn't know he was re-incarcerated. I so would have been sending him packages-- I am as devastated as you are. I am very unsatisfied with out justice system, and will not discuss this in reference to morning Ed. thank you for telling us.

  • @cincinnatikate I know I cannot hear the scrubs theme without hearing him singing it...

  • that sucks he was an awesome guy and will be missed

    sleep well Edarem

hopefully you find justice in peace

  • Comment removed

  • So they are let out upon completion of their time. It has nothing to do with whether or not they've seen the error of their ways. Anyway- Ed got screwed by a heartless judge who couldn't be bothered looking at the whole picture.

  • The only point where I differ with you is on the purpose of prison. It's not there primarily to make you a better person or to show you the error of your ways; it's there to punish people for their crimes. People are given a jail sentence for a specific period of time as punishment for their crimes...

  • @paul65544 Here is a question for you.

If jail was only meant to hold somebody, and wasnt meant to rehabilitate people and show them why what they did was wrong, then why let them out at all?

If it was only there to hold them, then why not give all people life sentences... Our society might be safer, OR just rehabilitate people to make them strong members of the community and that way they can give back. Instead of sap up our money and time.

  • @SuperJonesable

I appreciate what you're saying totally. I do think prison does have the affect of "rehabing" people, and they often come out of there with their head on straight. I think the length of their sentence is what shows them how and why their crime was wrong. I think Ed got completely screwed over, and if anything he should have gotten no more than a hand slap and/or a fine. He was a harmless soul doing a harmless thing.

  • I agree with you wholeheartedly about the injustice of throwing him back in jail for 5 years. I think Edward had genuinely reformed his ways, and was completely harmless. He did screw up by not making his whereabouts known, and for possessing a computer. But I don't think this warranted a 5 year jail sentence at all....

  • @paul65544 niether do I...

I think if he had recommitted the crime, I would be for a life sentence, but HE DIDNT RECOMMIT ANYTHING lol

    So lame.

  • Dios lo tenga en su gloria, Mis condolencias para la esposa de Edarem!

  • Sorry that a great man passed away :*o(

I will always remember him with pleasure.

    P.I.P. Ed

  • Rest in peace Ed, you crazy old bastard.

  • JAMES RIDDLE HOFFA-Fitzgerald, the one that wanted his position with the union, arranged his parole-just 6 months before he was scheduled to be released-with Nixon. He got the parole and hidden in the parole papers was the condition that he not work with the Unions anymore. Hoffa was SOOOO mad he wanted to kill Fitzgerald and rat on the workings of the Mafia in Teamsters-well, we know the end of that story. Parole in America is just home prison. The conditions should be simplified.

  • RIP Ed.....I will miss you.....as will the rest of your fans I'm sure of.....you were a good man from what i know and a neat person

  • I'm not comfortable using terms like "good man" or "great man" for anyone, particularly someone who has the history that Edward has, thats not to say he wasn't a man, and after paying his dues for the crime he committed, the probation rules were, in my opinion, worse than a prison sentence and far from just. To send a man to jail on a technicality is just as heinous as the crimes perpetrated by the criminals in prison, and I genuinely feel for those who have lost Edarem. Condolences to you.

  • @retsilagnilooc well said.

  • RIP Ed we all Love you and you will be missed dearly.

  • I just Googled Edward Muscare and I have seen his videos, he was one scary looking guy and looked like a stereotypical person who would touch children.

Allthough it's sad though, hope he rests in peace.

  • his videos were odd but funny! very fucked up, dying in jail while being stuck there for nothing.

  • @12ajax21 exactly

  • Comment removed

  • sorry, but what this is all about?

  • @xoen6 A known youtuber died in Jail with lung cancer after being put in jail for a very dumb technicality.

  • @SuperJonesable ..so what happened? i assume it was in uSA(as usual)?

  • @xoen6 it is a long story basically this happened 1.) he inapropriately touched a boy at a family funtion (about 25 years ago) 2.) Turned himself in. 3.) Went to jail for 5 years was let out on good behavior 4.) parole was set, 5.) he told police he was moving (missed the form...) 6.) half a year before his parole was up they increased it since he moved 7.) Never had a repeat offense. 8.) was put in jail for having a computer and dvds. 9.) 5 years for nothing worrisome. died.
  • @SuperJonesable ahh i think i remember this man.

interesting story... because someone was spreading info, that he is..woman rapist.

    sigh.

  • Good video man!

  • Dude molested a kid, Marion moved her son across the country, changed his schools, so she could continue her obsession with a sex offender. Don't see a problem?

  • @banduril lol what?

  • Thanks for sharing this video with me. You just earned another subscriber. I tried to show everyone I knew of the great tragedy of Edarem, but they would have none of it because he looked creepy in some of his videos, and when their (joking) suspicions of pedophilia were confirmed they really wouldn't give it a thought. It really bothered me, but now that he's gone I don't see any reason to let anyone else know of it. It's something special that I got to follow his story, even if it ended badly.

  • @TheAndiePerson I feel the same way man... I wrote a letter to the judge back in the day trying to lessen his punishment... No dice...

  • I wonder why SuperJonesable is such a defender of Edarem, I wonder what we'd find on his hard drive... Pictures of children, perhaps?

  • @Kle7777 The police searched his computer and found nothing incriminating and even let him off with a warning saying not to use the computer anymore, so he had a friend upload the videos for him, he got rid of his computer. That's when they arrested him. It was a 100% wrongful jailing. And a stupid conviction. He was able to use a computer in Florida, his previous home, but in S. Carolina computers aren't allowed, he didn't know. The parole officer found the computer.

  • @TheAndiePerson Yes, I am glad that you said this. Kle is wrong on every level possible

  • @SuperJonesable I wouldn't be surprised if you were a pedophile just like Ed.

  • @Kle7777 It is hard to believe that I think it is right you are allowed to speak your mind...

    But you are an idiot.

You stand behind holding people in jail for such a stupid reason.

This is not the molestation charge, he went to jail for that and was let out on good behavior. He then did not break any laws since then.

You believe people should be told outlandish rules and be expected to live in seclusion without basic necessities.

You Kle7777 are an idiot and I am sorry for you.

  • @SuperJonesable well well, spoken like a true fucking bolshevik. If you ever had children, would you let them near this disgusting sicilian pedophile?

  • @Kle7777 And if you had a brain you would understand what law is meant to do.

And you may even succeed as a person.

    lol

  • @Kle7777 shut the fu.ck up, we are free people, and read your country's constitution.

  • Edarem got what e deserved

  • @Kle7777 He definitely did not, no one deserves to die alone in jail, especially after going through nearly 80 years of life. They deserve to relax at home doing what they want, for Ed that was making videos. They found nothing incriminating and sent him to prison for 5 years anyway. Too long for someone his age. I can understand a fine, but prison for 5 years for having a computer and making videos? No. You are an asshole that judges a man by his distant past.

  • @TheAndiePerson I agree, this guy is nothing but a troll he has done the same on ejvmev's page...

He is sick, dont mind him.

  • Prison didnt exactly kill him, but the Prison and the legal system took his last time of life away from him.

  • @SocioSick True... I wish they had used some sense when hearing his case...

  • Great vid!

Are you aware that you can be forced to register as a sex offender, for the rest of your life, for being caught pissing on the side of the road?

It's pretty fucked up, this legal system...

  • @LoveSteroid I think we need to take a look at what is important... It is a sad day when attempted murder holds less frustration and pain then does something like this!

    Crazy!

  • Well said.

  • @orangeedo Thank you.

  • Edward was a great guy. The way he died is a shame. He did nothing wrong

  • @DocteurHap I agree. He was being punished with a technicality.

  • @DocteurHap what about the child he molested?
