1st. Conduit is a lvl 2 or 4 pick, not lvl 14!

2nd. Nobody picks NH in that bracket, unless it's inhouse or just to troll around.

3rd. If anybody had picked NH in that bracket, your supports surely would have bought an eye, dust or w/e people prefer!

@SirFisk I would say by the time you have used Conduit efficiently in early games to gain kills. You could take down someone who has Shrunken. Besides a smart CD wouldnt use it on someone who has Shrunken. If your opponent has shrunken, wait until he uses it. Because you got a movementspeed thats is far greater than his with the right items. I do not care for Mr.Swish or how he plays CD its his choice by not chosing Conduit. But its like i said.. Its a OP ass spell and your noob if u dont use it
