It was 2 blokes, 2 brothers, they were both machine gunned through the car windscreen, one survived despite being shot 12 times in the back, and twice in the head! I dont mind mistakes, but at least admit it and appologise. The 8 volunteers killed at Loughgall were feared and respected by both the SAS and John Hermon the Chief Constable at the time said the IRA unit killed at Loughgall were sophisticated and hard to infiltrate. The SAS sent 24 soldiers for this ambush which split up into six groups of four, the SAS outnumbered the IRA unit 3 to 1, now that is fear/respect for you. Be under no illusions the SAS are not as daring as they would like us to believe.
