sounds to me like the fuel pump is whining, something with the fuel maybe???

its probably your security system i had the same problem with my 1999 suburban it will crank but it wont start because the security system shuts off your fuel pump

its a short on the relay fuel pump fuse under the drive side hood, open that box in chances are theres a wire thats burnt

Mines a tahoe 2002 its doing da same thing as this one i changed da fuel pump a month ago n it stil does da same thing people tel me its my remote start wat do u think.

trhis was repaired a year ago already( Fuel Pump)

no need for additional repair comments

sounds like a mass airflow sensor unplug it and see if it stays running

did it break the ecm1 fuse when this happend?

mine did the same thing expt i have a 97 yukon but i just parked it for 7months and it started working

i just changed my fuel pump and it still wont start, did you do something else to fix the problem? im curious on your outcome.

This problem was a fuel pump relay.

It was not priming the system, the fuel pump was also changed out as it may have been contributing as well

it sounds like to me a cranking or oxygen sensor
