i build a ilgoo one time last winter but it had i tarp roof and was CRAP!! and not safe and i made it out of slush and wet snow so it was as hard as ice! i put a matress and a t.v and dvd player and candles in there and one hot day it melted and my t.v was soaked and my matress!!!!
Looks Great !... I want to build one (Canada), will try hopefully soon. No trouble putting the last few rows on top?... how do you lean them so much and prevent them from falling?... that top part is what not sure how it will end up...
I bit hostil there tsizemore2009. All you do is make large snow blocks and stack them together in a spiral. The last block in a row goes on the first block in the row. You lean the blocks towards the middle like in the video. You end up with something that could be described like a screw. You need a a hole or two in the top for ventalation. We found instructions on the web.
made one that seats 15!! and it was warm. beat that!
