Hey, that's pretty good! BUt I also agree, too much rubato. Beethoven was a classical composer, not a romantic and thus his works actually need to be played more metrical, especially the early Sonatas.
But I have to say that you have an excellent touching.
he was actually a key composer of the transition between classical and romantic periods this is an early work so yes u r right it should have more restraint in timing
way too much pedal and the tempo is a bit slow...

It should perhaps be pointed out that this is in fact the last movement of the Sonata Op 10 No 1, not No 3 as the title suggests.
