I have that same car, had that same noise. It made mine rattle and sound like a diesel. It's the intake manifold and it happens on almost every 02 and 03 Camry. There is even a TSB on it. It was a pretty costly repair man, it cost me a little over $600. I'm not a mechanic, so def have one look at it, but mine sounded JUST like that.. Look up the TSB on the internet.. my 99 CE makes simular noise. sounds like it's coming from middle of timing belt.
