So instead of smoking weed and trying to make the haram the halal, astagfirullah, just admit to Allah ur weakness and sins. I'm sick of my fellow Muslim brothers who keep trying to justify it. Yes its a plant but it does intoxicate. Trust me, I've been in a coma due to drugs and started smoking weed at 13 b4 I was Muslim. I am not against legalization for common sense reasons. But it intoxicates me, period.

I dont consider weed haram aat all for me because I am still in my sences and I am relaxed. But with alchohol whoever drinks will be out of their senses. Once in a while is ok but not everyday. THC in weed is toxic if you have alot in your body little amound of THC can be flushed out the body. Are you allowed to pray if you high? People say they can concentrade more. Because weed helps you focus. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages of weed with achohol its the other way around

You shouldnt say such things about our Ulama, Shaykhs, Scholars...I've heard the Prophet saws say after Him, saws, his family and sahaba come the scholars...trust me they've been around over a 1,4000 yrs and have heard this question many times. There may be some who are harsh against it and some not as harsh. But you cant make a statement about million of Ulama who have lived. I understand where u cmng from but sorry akhi.

It's true. Did you know an effort was launched to declare COFFEE and intoxicant for a hundred years? That's because the Arab elite hated Sufis, who ate majoun (a dish with Cannabis) and drank coffee. Why can't I say such a thing? YOU CANNOT GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF MARIJUANA THROUGH THE QURAN and HADITH!

it doesnt say anything about in the quran about weed. that means we have to use the scientific information about weed and the effects that it has on the human body in order to make a judgement about where weed stands. there is no question that it is haraam but then the question is how haraam is it? it cannot be put at the same level as alchohol so can we compare it to something like cigarettes? cigarettes are much more harmful than weed any doctor will tell u, but the smoke damaged u nonetheless

Why didnt he said to himself I will go with him, may allah help me, I will invite him to do good and maybe he/she will give in and then I get the reward from every good deed that he does and maybe I saved him and myself from hell.
