@s117godd Yes, it's Yoko Kanno. And the language is actually a made-up langauge that Yoko Kanno devised herself for some of her vocal works. I'm not sure if it actually has any kind of formal grammar structure or if it's just pretty sounds, but it is a gorgeous sounding language. :-)
