@silentoption it actually is prerendered, but using the same engine of the game, so you don't notice if you run the game on extreme quality

Because you have a 7300GT. That card sucks. To play this game maxed out at a decent framerate, you need something like a radeon hd 5770 or better. But even a 5770 lags a little.
