There are 3 Superbowls that have been played in cool (not freezing) temperautes and those 3 that comes to mind are Superbowl 8 between the Vikings and Dolphins, Superbowl 9 between the Vikings and the Steelers and last Superbowl 19 between the 49ers and the Dolphins. So i think that this is a good idea by the NFL and BTW thanks for the response.
@ultimatorsports No problem. I hope that this superbowl opens up doors to the possibility for more cold weather city's to host it. Like, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Seattle, D.C. (If the Redskins do get a new stadium that really is in D.C. again), Chicago (I'm from Chicago, despite being a Packers fan and hating the Bears as a result I've been to Solider Field and its really nice), etc.
