  • Il 25 settembre 2001 c'è stato un processo con relativa condanna: Francesco Rutelli e vari membri delle giunta vengono condannati a restituire lire 2.238.664.265.

    Successivamente un appello con conferma della condanna. Il danno va quantificato, in complessive 1.090.547.564 di Lire. Rutelli Francesco deve restituire 301.674.228 Lire.

    Cassazione - La CORTE DI CASSAZIONE Sezioni Unite Civili, 25 gennaio 2006, con la Sentenza n. 1379 rigetta il ricorso. La condanna dell'appello risulta confermata
