  • HAHAHAHA

  • i like the guy in the back giving the cut off his mic gesture when he sees where this is going, you can tell he is part of the same society. and he got tazed for asking about the skull and crossbones.

  • Where did we lose sight of the fact that these people, like Kerry, are not our rulers, but instead, our servants & paid extremely well for the roles they play in the public trust. When they appear in public & invite questions, no part of their activities are off limits for inquiry, and we certainly do not owe them a deferential attitude or tone, when serious questions exist re: their actions, performance or choices. Why are so many, now apparently so ready to accept the mantle of State slavery?

  • he got tazered for resisting arrest no?

  • This is fake right? Campus police have tazers?

  • All they had to tell him was you said the word "blowjob" inappropriate you need to leave. Not grab him by his neck and drag him out. Different approach different outcome.

  • @mamacornettesmoney He wasnt grabbed by the neck? Gently grabbed? If seen cops making a arrest that men have there hands behind there back and still get away. Was that cop grabbing him gently? You dont arrest somebody until you TELL THEM WHY THEY ARE BEING ARRESTED. Was he acting like a idiot? Yes he was. But the cops were out of line for the actions they portrayed.

  • There is a difference between asking a question and causing a disturbance. By his disruptive actions the student made the forum less about an opportunity for questions and answers and more about him. He was abusive and disruptive. It went far beyond just asking a question. At the point that he starting repeating himself and getting loud he was aksed to leave, but refused. His biggest mistake came when he resisted and was combative. The officers were within their right to remove him.

  • @Mooknuc1 it wasnt freedom of speech... it was total, inappropriate, complete disrespect

  • @amodifying it wasn't freedom of speech? what are you saying? that freedom of speech it's only for kind things and not critics? dude freedom of speech you can say whatever you want its a right

  • @conpa18dany theres a difference between freedom of speech and overusing it

  • @amodifying you heard what he said? He wasn't doing anything wrong! Just stating issues and the police. After he said the secret society stuff they just shut hi mic down! Kerry afraid of letting the true know

  • @amodifying did you heard what he said? He was stating important issues! after he said the stuff about the skull and bones secret society the police guards just shut his mic down which is not fair, it is freedom of speech. Kerry afraid of letting the true come out.

  • @amodifying please tell me how is it inappropriate?

  • Just a punk ass preppy getting what he asked for for being an obnoxious asswipe..! He screamed like a homosexual who gets his first time anal sex..Ha! Ha! Ha!......Uhhh" NO, I don't know this from personal experience either, so save your snippets..!

  • I think I remember a wise George Carlin who once said : " They've got you by the balls"! It seems the biggest street gang is the police department.

  • So much for the Freedom of Speech. How does the law fuck with its own Constitution? They clearly didn't want John to step up and answer the "too personal of a question" like a big boy protecting his ass, but instead they arrested him to save face.

  • i truly thought this was a serious video until he said "dont taze me bro"

i cracked up but i understand the seriousness of the situation

  • The cops screwed up. They should have used higher voltage on that loudmouth.

  • The audience was with the guy. They started clapping when he said "I'm not going anywhere." Give the people, the audience, what they want. The audience want to hear his questions. Let the guy speak.

  • @507boy1 i doubt you're native to the americas either there paco.

  • USA and the freedom of speech.... WOW

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • He didn't resist arrest. There was no purpose for an arrest. Police are dicks. This guy was a douche, but fuck the police.

  • No taser used. He was acting for the camera.

  • @ardvarkkkkk look at the other raw footage, you can hear the crackling of the tazer.

  • lol he deserved it, he was resisting arrest and was being a pussy.

  • this is fucking bullshit the man asked some

Questions answer it and let him go on his way or don't take questions at all

  • They don't taz him, he lies!!!!

  • Oww!

  • Owwww owwwww owwwwww owwww owwww owwww owwww owwww owwww owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • look's like he watched too much of those shitty gay ass college movies

  • he should take those cops to court.

  • @Poonard

If I want any lip from you shit-for-brains Blobama voter I'll unzip my pants.

    Got it?

    GOOD ;)

    lol

  • The funniest part is him saying "Dont taze me bro!"

  • POLICE STATE..Silence the educated.....Those moron cops had no right to touch this man. They should both be shot in the head..Those cops and politicians are cowards!!!!!

  • They werent even arresting him. He was being a dousche and they were removing him. At no point did they place him under arrest. Had he have gone quietly, he would have been free to go once he was out of the building. What a stupid dumbass

  • @ktommer he didn't do anything harmful to be kicked out of there, he was just speaking in a loud firm voice with the only intention of finding answers to his questions.

  • Roflol. "you Americans." That kind of stereotyping just proves you are an idiot.

  • Whoops. Canada. Should have known better. Hello reggieworth sockpuppet acount number 182937832783496547381056478206574802567483056473805643782504367580436257840362574830256473

    You are welcome!

  • Because the greatness of America has nothing to do with who is president. The greatness has to do with the fact that we are free to say just about anything we like (so long as it does not directly result in harm to others (fire in a crowded room where there is none, for instance)).

And most Americans do not claim the US is the greatest country in the world, just the only one that we would like to live in.

For those who cannot handle personal responsibility, there are better places.

  • haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

  • @macman237 dude have you ever been tased befor? youd have to be tough just to say ow it hurts like fuck i got tazed becuase i said was your wrong (becuase i got pulled over for speeding and i swear to god i wasn't) he thought i was going 12 miles over the speed limit

  • @macman237 you're an idiot

  • @macman237 Ever been tazered? Stfu

  • The proud son of Keith Olbermann?

  • proof

  • hmm.. i see

his etiquette in this public forum was poor. poor journalism. sure he's have done the research, and he has some facts on the issue..... but obviously he was not ready to challenge his opponent.

u dont stand up and fire questions which ppl can assume by ur tone, u already have ur mind. it comes across as though u are accusing. true interrogation spins a web and watches the fly get caught up in that web *without bias.* to me, it seems like he's looking for fame as the big bad reporter

  • made up*

  • umm... yall kno this is a continuation of my first comment right. LOL, i kno this isnt made up.

  • Yes, he had already gotten himself thrown out before the video starts as well for shoving, cussing and yelling at Kerry out of turn.

They told him he could ask one question then leave but he was clearly interested in putting on a show for his camera (which someone else was holding for him).

  • You don't have, and never have had, the right to attend a forum, ignore their rules & stay after they tell you to leave.

Continue to be intentionally obtuse if you wish... or stupid if you can't help it.

Meyer got exactly what he deserved & the police acted correctly in every respect. Which is why meyer was convicted, the police were found to have acted correctly in multiple investigations, and the ACLU ran for the hills when it came time to file a civil rights suit.

  • I dont' agree!!!

    There's freedom of speech.

If you notice in most of these videos, people don't get rowdy until the police touches them.

    it's natural reaction.

Because someone is speaking, he's angry at the way something is being run.

The sad thing is...if Im in power, and don't want to hear it, I have him escorted. It's like me duct taping his mouth. unfair.

The cops started grabbing him. He said get off. They are nothing but humans with uniforms, why bruise the man?

  • A forum is freedom of speech. He didn't throw anything. They grabbed him....I don't like being grabbed either...the cops use force. That's why he's snatching away- it probably hurts and he's not 3 years old. Then they are pushing him out. It's why he says "what have I done."

I honestly like guys like him.

Others go into a forum and bite their tongue...it's why things don't change. people say what they think people want to hear.

  • Freedom of speech is not unlimited. The supreme court has addressed this particular situation. Vulgar speech and disruptive behavior in forums are not protected speech (cases Bethel & Tinker).

The upshot is that the organizer (or host, or property owner) of a forum has the right and obligation to establish rules for discourse in a forum. So long as the rules are applied equally, then they may eject anyone violating their rules.

Effectively, you have freedom of speech until you (1)

  • Well played sir, well played!

  • We can agree to disagree whether he should be removed or not. But what I am sure is not in question is the right of the organizers to eject people violating their rules, and the obligation of the police to enforce the law.

The use of the taser is another debate. I happen to support, because I have seen how suspect & police injuries during arrest have plummeted in Atlanta over the last 10 years since the intro of the taser.

  • Huh? No...I've already agreed!

I said "well played." Well explained and understood...

Hats off to you my friend!

    Peace

  • (1) violate the rights of others around you.

If you violate the forum rules, they have the right to eject you. Refusing to go is trespassing, and they may remove you.

If you don't agree with the forum rules or their administration, challenge them in court. Resisting the police at that time, however, will earn you nothing but bruises and charges.

I am VERY familiar with the legal questions because I run forums to answer medical questions at the hospital (2)

  • (2) and periodically we get people who try to hijack the forum (HIV denial and vaccine conspiracy nuts mostly).

It wasn't until I lost my temper with an attendee and bodily removed him myself, that I found out what my rights were. He tried to charge me with assault, and it turned out he didn't have a case because I had instructed him to leave for cause, and he did not. He was trespassing, and I was the legal agent representing the property (3)

  • (3) I did not hurt him, simply removed him.

I was advised to have officers present in the future, because I COULD have gotten into serious trouble if he had been hurt, or if I didn't have dozens of eyewitnesses attending the forum who testified to the fact that I first asked him to go, and warned him I would remove him.

With Meyer's behavior, had it been my forum, he would have never made it to the mic.

  • "I?" Where are you?

  • Wow!!! Sheeple give up their right to ask hard questions of their leaders so easily; then turn on those with the guts to do so. Hmmmmm!

  • LMFAO. He deserved it.

  • You think? Hopefully if this ever happens to you there will be someone who thinks the same

  • If I'm going to be a shithead in public then I deserve to get fucked up

  • They dude was fuckin retard. Who would dare insult a government official in front his fellow man, the official himself, and an entire firing squad of cops/security guards.

  • you should title this video

"Jackass-the old ask a politician about skull and bones trick"

  • DONT TAZE ME BRO!

    Please taze me kind sir

    ROFLMAO

  • I never saw the video of what he was asking before...what a moron. Did he seriously ask Kerry to call for Bush's impeachment because they disagreed on foreign policy?

  • Go to his web site. He is a conspiracy nut. I rather like Ron Paul, but his worst enemies are his supporters. They are nuttier than squirrel poo.

  • "Constitutional rights to ASK QUESTIONS" You have no constitutional right to ask questions on my property. That is your basic failure to understand.

And you are free to believe what you want. YOUR belief will result in your arrest if you act like Meyer.

The fact is that the forum organizers have the sole constitutional rights to set the rules for their forum & throw out anyone who violates them.

Your failure to accept or understand reality is your problem.

  • Exactly.

  • The moment meyer violated the forum rules he lost the right to be present at the forum. The organizers were right to throw him out. He was free to say anything he liked on the way out the door.

Tinker & Bethel have have made it clear that forum organizers can toss out vulgar & disruptive people.

Meyer's rights weren't violated. He had no legal leg to stand on which is why his ACLU lawyers told him to plead guilty & pray that was all that happened to him.

  • Please point out the amendment that says you have the right to ask questions on my property after I tell you to leave.

    Right...

  • wow. This poor kid has to live with his childish and ill tempered attempt at reciting things he heard on the internet loudly to John Kerry and a room full of annoyed onlookers.

  • sounds like dane cook for some reason

  • sweetsabrina23 - "No I Didn't Stop Being Paranoid!" We know you haven't stopped being paranoid... Nor have you stopped being a moron.

  • Good job by the police not to hurt him.

"It doesn't really fucking matter if he "deserved it" or not" Actually it does. If he didn't deserve it, he wouldn't have been convicted, and the police would be in trouble.

But fortunately for us, he video'd his own behavior so there is no question. He violated the forum rules & wasdisruptive. Was warned multiple times & then got tossed out.

  • Funny

ROFLOL Sabrina making her little drive bys we see. Don't worry people you aren't missing anything intelligent. She just foams at the mouth and then deletes her remarks.

Later she will log on with her imposter accounts & mark everyone who disagrees with her spam and post inflammatory comments using accounts with names similar to ours.

So when you see a moronic comment, pay attention. It isn't our accounts.

    Truth HOITS sabbi!

  • sweetsabrina23 - "No I Didn't Stop Being Paranoid!" We know you haven't stopped being paranoid... Nor have you stopped being a moron.

That is brutally obvious. Funny you make accusations about other people markign you spam, and when I come back to this forum, you have marked everyone else spam. Perhaps we should treat you the way you treat others.

    Nah... We are better people.
