battery cant hang, and the touch interface/ is nowhere's on par with iphone experience. Just what ive read elsewhere. Darn! I thought this was it! Rather get an incredible. I want fast and responsive!
is sprint's service more reliable then t-mobile's service? im trying to choose between the HTC HD2 or the HTC Evo 4g, they're both great phones but i also want to know whos first in service reliability
I was really excited about this phone untill I found out it will be 10.00$ for the 4g connection and 29.99$ for the hot spot utilization on top of my already high cell phone bill from Sprint........ Aw hell! Who am I kidding? I'm still excited about this phone! But I won't camp out and stand in line for it!
actually its htc's second 4g phone. first was a russian wimax phone that looks sorta like a boxier looking HTC HD (the original). so just like with the HTC HD2 there is a 4g (or WiMAX) version.
This phone will be awesome. Look at those specs: 1) 1 Ghz processor 2) Android 2.1 OS 3) 4.3 inch screen 4) 4G 5) front facing camera for video chat on the go 6) 8 mp camera 7) 720 hd recording 8) connect up to 8 devices via mobile hotspot feature, and..(breath) 9) hdmi out port to watch HD content from phone to TV. WOW! Only a very few phones have just one of these features and even fewer have two. The HTC EVO is going to destroy the competition! Do you have an answer Apple fanboy!?
@trustablerolin well, what you could do is, take the battery OUT and REPLACE it with a 2500 mAh so you have double the battery life. which is going to better battery life than iphone 4. On EVO you are allowed to do these kinda things :)
@callmynameakif it is released arnd the june holidays i think and i think it will be available in singapore maybe at the end of the year or maybe 2011 and might be arnd 700-500 + depends on whether you choose singtel,M1 or starhub.
I love my EVO
