I heard that the real reason why Tiffany got kicked out was because of the riff between her and Natalie. Natalie was taking drugs and kept on bugging Tiffany, and Christina sided with her, whilst Nichole stood up for Tiffany. Nichole was furious when Tiffany got the boot, due to Natalie taking coke whilst performing. Then when Natalie got busted in April 2010, the group earned themselves a bad reputation, thanks to Natalie. Nichole was again furious due to her working incredibly hard. Sad :(

Robin fired Tiffanie because she wanted the group to go in a different direction. Robin wanted the group to be less urban and Tiffanie is urban. Plus Tiffanie had differences with some of the girls (natalie&chrystina) so it was partly her decision to leave Girlicious. Tiffanie made a video explaning it. Tiffanie was and always will be my favorite!
