Happy Paradise Para Para Mania. Yes, it is a 9LoveJ dance. This video came out in July 11 2001, so not from the 90s. CD is Dancemania presents J Paradise but the extended mix can be found elsewhere like Junodownload etc.

@AdderSIG you do know that this is not linked to ParaPara Paradise in anyway!!?? it is not even linked to DDR 5th mix this VCD was released by Toshiba EMI not DDR or bemani! or even konami! konami only used this song on DDR 5th mix to try and keep up with the eurobeat trend, but because Konami had a liscence with Toshima's Dancemania series they could not use any Avex eurobeat thats why the small amount of eurobeat in DDR is so different to ParaPara Paradise

I would start with the dances featured on the original ParaPara Paradise arcade game, alot of those are the origins of the modern ParaPara movement, and they are easy. The first dance I learned was "Sexy Sexy Sexy"...and perhaps "Tora Tora Tora" right after that...I've got alot of ParaPara dance videos i can send to you if you PM me your AIM or Skype. Alot of the arcade dances have been taken off of YouTube...but you can find some of them and other easy ones on this channel:
