@alb0zfinest the only reason the economy can rise that much is because of investment in a 3rd world country, which is what albania basically is. it is at such a low level that any investment will seem like a big % increase, which is expected. but its not comparable to most other countries in europe as they already have very high-level economies and their increases will naturally seem like much less percentage-wise.
