Its funny rick just like the move zef does i can do a chin up and touch my belt to the bar, thats how high i can go but i cant do a good muscle up , i think i need more technique , but also im stronger at chin ups than pull ups, so wat do you think rick? is it more technique or strength or both?
i think it may be one of the best upper body exercises but i havent done it yet so i cant tell cuz when i get my lower chest up to the bar i get stuck lol.
@D0P3DAN I don't think there's anything specific to do, You should have strength in different ways, my first try I did three. & i'm able to do five now. It's not very much, but i'm not really into calisthenic YET. When i'm healed I will & definitely upload stuff hehe. But I can advise you to be warmed up & just trying till you can do it.

I can do about 20 pullups and 20 bar dips now and about 2 weeks ago I could only do ten of each. I hope to i be doing muscle ups before im 15 and i think now that i will achieve this!!! ill let u know if i do
Good job ! But that's not a real muscle-up , because you push with your feet at the beginnig and you don't complete the second. Anyway, continu the hard work.
Inspirational! I'm working on those, but my pull ups and dips are still in the newbie stage. I'll be a Bar-barian someday, though!

I didnt do anything specific. i rushed it. too much excitement. lol trial and error. its good though.
i know u haven't done it yet, but what do u think is the best exercise? (quiz lol)
