What you could do if this happens is to immediately take it (when it bites) and either place it in a separate room or it's crate for a time out, or get up and ignore it completely. It will learn when it acts badly, it loses play time and your attention, which is what all dogs crave ;)
this doesn't work on most dogs. this is what i did, worked really well.. my puppy would NOT stop biting especially when we played. I taught him "kisses," where every time he licked ANYTHING i said "good kisses!!" and praised him. Now, every time he bites I say "No bite, give me kisses!" and make my hand limp next to his mouth. He licks me and goes back to doing whatever he was doing. Works every time! Now I can wiggle my fingers all around his mouth and he does nothing but lick.

When your dog is biting you, say no in a strong, not angry, tone and give your dog something he can chew on instead. Another thing you can try is just leaving the room and ignoring your dog. Let your dog know what it is doing wrong by saying no and remove yourself from the situation. NEVER HIT YOUR DOG! Communicate with your dog and it will understand.

Hitting my dog, i would never do that by accident as he's my first puppy, the one was longing for the past 7 years. He means more than my family members to me. I LOVE HIM.
@keshav88da I never said to hit your dog? If I were to yelp when my dog is biting me(play biting because he knows better) he would see it was an invitation to bite more and possibly harder. Instead I yell "EH" and take my hand away and end the game. This lets him know that he did something I don't like, by biting me, and now the game is over because of it.

Play time in my house is a reward for good behavior. After a walk they train. After they train, they play. The reason for the order is pretty simple.
Puppies have TONS of energy. They can't focus with too much energy. Walking removes the energy and while the are at the lowest energy level possible I train. This puts them in a calm state and makes it easier to learn.
Playing is after training because playing is a reward for good training.

@magix981 Try everytime he/she bites you, or is in a biting mood, immediatly put a toy or rope in their mouth so they know what to bite. I can't 100% garuntee(or however it's spelled) it'll work, but it worked with my husky pup. Keep attempting even if it doesn't work at first :3

Also, 'no' isn't a command, since it doesn't tell your dog what to actually do.

@hatchetgrrl another way; there's a pressure point on the roof of their mouths, so when the y bite put your thumb on that and squeeze and say "no biting" then when it is only licking you reward it, but of course make sure you teach it appropriate things to bite, some people don't like that method but that's all I know. I followed all the training videos and have had great success she is a 10 week old golden retriever but... chewing has become a great problem with my 4 young children she bites hard at their fingers and faces they tried the yelp, and when they try to walk away she becomes more aggressive going for thier faces. @bestiesciciANDrisa I found that simply ignoring my dog when he bit too hard was effective and after a while my dog realised that if he bit too hard, playtime was over. Also don't be mad at your dog and be patient!
also heres another way to keep your dog from biting or jumping turn around cross your arms wait till he or she calms down then give a treAT or say good boy or if your dog still doas it throw a toy . most pelple use the crate for a punishment for biting and if your dog daos not like the crate dont make it evan harder when he gets older :)try to make it a happy place

another way to stop biting is, if they bite you, yelp loud like she did, get up and face away from the dog, just don't look at him and give him no attention for 1 minute. Then slowly start playing with hi again.

It's clear this woman is a very poor dog trainer. You must use physical punishment if you expect your dog to obey your commands each and every time. Yes this dog obeys her when it wants to. But my dogs obey me whether they want to or not, because they are afraid of having the living shit kicked out of them if they dont. If you want absolute obedience you must rule through fear. Not reward. It may seem mean at first, but after one or two severe beatings, they will always obey. It works.

@hatchetgrrl another way; there's a pressure point on the roof of their mouths, so when the y bite put your thumb on that and squeeze and say "no biting" then when it is only licking you reward it, but of course make sure you teach it appropriate things to bite, some people don't like that method but that's all I know. I followed all the training videos and have had great success she is a 10 week old golden retriever but... chewing has become a great problem with my 4 young children she bites hard at their fingers and faces they tried the yelp, and when they try to walk away she becomes more aggressive going for thier faces. Any ideas

Making the yelping noise does help... but only for a few seconds... However, I did find that ignoring my puppy after she bites does make her stop!

@bestiesciciANDrisa I found that simply ignoring my dog when he bit too hard was effective and after a while my dog realised that if he bit too hard, playtime was over. Also don't be mad at your dog and be patient!

also heres another way to keep your dog from biting or jumping turn around cross your arms wait till he or she calms down then give a treAT or say good boy or if your dog still doas it throw a toy . most pelple use the crate for a punishment for biting and if your dog daos not like the crate dont make it evan harder when he gets older :)try to make it a happy place

My puppy keeps biting my brother and me and other people if she is laying on my sisters lap or on the couch... its not like one of the bites on the video it is a really aggresive bite she growls and bite really hard... my brother is really tough and he cried today and im sick of getting bit by my dog and my brother getting bit by my dog... i already tried what she said to do in the video but it doesnt help. another way to stop biting is, if they bite you, yelp loud like she did, get up and face away from the dog, just don't look at him and give him no attention for 1 minute. Then slowly start playing with hi again.

Lol my dog Is like 4 months and he's a chocolate lab who teethe all the time he does. Sorta know when it's apropiete if I say "fight" we wrestle lol he is huge and weighs 60 pounds and the sad part is he is not overweight so you can imagine how big he is

It's clear this woman is a very poor dog trainer. You must use physical punishment if you expect your dog to obey your commands each and every time. Yes this dog obeys her when it wants to. But my dogs obey me whether they want to or not, because they are afraid of having the living shit kicked out of them if they dont. If you want absolute obedience you must rule through fear. Not reward. It may seem mean at first, but after one or two severe beatings, they will always obey. It works.
